Drinking liquid warm apple pie straight out of Bucks County 🥧🍎

We popped open “Ole Warwick Shine: Apple Pie” from the legends over at @warwickfarmbrewing .

From the second you uncork it, the entire studio smells like an apple orchard in peak October. Baked apples, light cinnamon that doesn’t overpower the fruit, and a smooth warmth that hits like fresh pie right out of the oven. No artificial burn—just pure autumn in a glass.

We finally cracked open “Sunshine Day Dream” from our friends at @concordanceferments for their 1-Year Anniversary.

Re-fermented in the bottle via the champagne method with an obscene amount of fresh apricots, aged gracefully in Sauvignon oak barrels, and left unpasteurized and unfiltered… and it clearly couldn’t wait to get out of the bottle.

Once we saved the studio desk from drowning, this pour was unbelievable. Bright funky acidity, massive fruit aroma, and champagne-level effervescence. Massive congrats to Abe, Dave, and the entire Concordance team on year one! #alteredjudgementpodcast #anniversary #craftbeer #concordanceferments
