You don’t need to imagine what the Autumn Series is anymore 🍂🧘‍♂️🎨🙏🏻

This is the journey.

CONNECT → COURAGE → CREATE → CALM, let your body start the conversation.

Breath. Movement. Voice. Exploration. Creativity. Sound. Rest.

Four different practitioners. Four different ways into the body. One complete weekend designed to take you somewhere — not simply give you a break from everyday life.

16–18 October 2026 | The Næss, Alcobaça

We are now in the final weeks before we begin.

If you’ve been watching, thinking about it, or waiting for the right moment — this is it.

🍂 Book your place now.

Yesterday at The Næss, we began to CONNECT with something simple:

Head. Neck. Shoulders. Face.

Softening the places that hold so much in the body 😮

Using gentle somatic movement, breath and awareness, we explored what can happen when the body is given permission to release rather than being asked to push through.

It was beautifully received — and a small glimpse into CONNECT, the beginning of the Autumn Series process.

From there we move through Courage → Create → Calm — allowing each part to build on the last.

A special THANK YOU to everyone who attended this sacred retreat and showed up with an open mind, an open heart, and such beautiful, loving energy. You were the foundation of this experience and my motivation. 🤍
To @chloebaa the best support sister I could have asked for. You brought calm to my little storms whenever needed, and your ability to take initiative and execute things so effortlessly is truly 👌🏻. You’re the best!!!💫❤️
.
To @john.moveandflow thank you for not only providing us with the most relaxing massages, but also for helping with the setup, takedown, kitchen duties, and somehow wearing every hat possible with such ease. You were my rock throughout it all. ✨

I couldn’t have done this without you🙏🏼❤️
.
And Thank you to Jacob @chalet.bellevue for taking the time to show me around and for answering EVERY single question I had. And there were a lot of questions. Thank you🙏
.
So grateful for the people, the energy, the laughter, the lessons, and all the little moments that made this retreat what it was. A beautiful one to tuck away in the heart. 🤍

What happens when you fill a reformer studio with only men? This. 👇
✦
This week one of our members won a private class and brought 3 of his guys along. What started as a why not ended with 4 men completely humbled by a reformer. In the best way possible.
✦
Stronger core. Better posture. Less back pain. More power in everything you already do. This is not an alternative to your training – it's what makes your training actually work.
✦
Picture number 4: That face when you realize the reformer just did things to your body your gym never could. 😅
✦
Last picture-Pilates class winner. And honestly? All four of them won. 🦢
Something is coming. Just for the guys. Stay tuned.
