Please welcome @john_monsta to the Roots 2027 lineup 🖤
John works out of Paraparaumu these days, backed by 35+ years behind the needle. He first picked up a machine in 1987 while serving in the Navy, then ran Monsta Truck Tattoo in Napier for almost 25 years, and his bold, clean work with a strong Japanese influence is the real deal.

I had such a great time at this years @sydneytattooconvention
Big thanks to @toddbaileytattoo , @mrskatiebailey13 @rhysgordon and all who volunteered to make this show happen, trying to get a bunch of tattooers together for some food and a beer is hard enough!

Thanks to @benjit73 & @dan_tatz for another year of hectic bodysuits with the @made_to_suit_ exhibition and Benji’s own massive collection of work that was showcased as well.

Thanks to every one that stopped by to say hi, get tattooed or pick up some merch, especially those that came back from last year!
I’m very grateful for all the positive feedback received on my work from wearers and tattooers

There’s so much incredible talent to see at these events, I’m lucky to be welcomed among such artists.
And Im real proud I got to represent @rogerstatooart in the booth this year.

Massive thank you to Ariki and Sarah for your generous hospitality, i can’t wait to hang out again. Love ya heaps.
That’s a wrap, I’m gonna go eat some vegetables and have a sleep.

Shall we meet again, same time next year? 🍻
