A Chinese literature degree. Zero coding background. Somehow, I’m now building things with AI. Hi, I’m Qingwen — taking over Grē’s account this week. @evinwakeup For my first two years after graduation, I worked to travel. France, Iceland, the Faroe Islands… I took photos, got a little lost, and hoped somewhere along the way I’d figure out what to do with my life. I loved the freedom. I just wished it lasted longer than the trip. So I started looking for work I could take with me. Tried freelancing. Had interviews that went nowhere. Signed up for ChatGPT to help with the job search. Then one night, I had an idea for a reading app. At 3 a.m., I got out of bed, opened my laptop, and started trying to build it with AI. Turns out someone had already made something similar. 😂 The app went nowhere. But I couldn’t quite forget the feeling: maybe I could make something, too. Later, my friend John told me about an ERP project. I’d used those systems in my old logistics job, so I joined. Cherry came aboard, and the three of us became Grē. I still get stuck. A lot. Sometimes I’m trying to build something while asking what half the words mean. Having two people to figure it out with makes a difference. Today, we help small businesses untangle their everyday work and build tools around what they actually need. We’re also trying to build a life with more room in it. For travel. For people we love. For an evening that belongs to us. I’m still figuring out how. This is where I am. What would you make more room for? #Grē #SmallBusiness #BuildingWithAI #CreativeStudio

Hi, we’re Grē 谷砺 👋 A creative design & strategy studio. We build brands, create content, help businesses go global, and build ERP systems & AI tools to make work easier. We love figuring things out together: who you are, what matters to you, and how you want to be seen. 🌾 G = Grain A tiny seed. Ordinary, yet full of possibility. 🪨 Re = Refinement We take shape as we grow and meet life’s rough edges. A branch of our “Cosmic Farm,” Grē holds dreams from all three of us. The name emerged in Cherry’s conversations with GPT, then waited almost a year. When John said we needed a company name, Cherry replied, “谷砺.” We loved it. Message pinned. 🎬 John｜BD, Brand & Content 📍Dali / Weifang, China A filmmaker who spent years shooting in New York. Boxing, jiu-jitsu, skydiving, surfing… now learning to embrace uncertainty. Becoming a dad this December. I zoom in, then zoom out: get close, then see the whole picture. Listening to someone’s business story is like reading a script. Once I understand it, I know how to tell it. 💻 Qingwen｜AI Tools & Deployment 📍Weifang, China John’s high school friend. Studied Chinese literature, then traveled with a camera, finding myself through the viewfinder. AI often brings me more frustration than joy. That struggle helps me understand where others get stuck. Love Patagonia. Cat dad to Afu. Once, I chose a Chinese folk performance over a meeting. Everyone moved it to the next day. ☀️ Cherry｜Analysis & Design 📍New York / Hangzhou I believe in a world full of love—and I am living that belief. Met John at a storytelling event. Our first coffee chat lasted six hours. From architecture and construction to comedy, healing, and design strategy, I bring curiosity and warmth to messy realities, making them easier to understand. Happiest in the sun. Seemingly zen. Usually the most opinionated. We bring our real selves—and that honesty—into every collaboration. Here’s to helping more people feel alive 🌱 Tell us what you’re working on. DMs are open 💌 #Grē #谷砺 #BrandStrategy #CreativeStudio #AIForBusiness

In New York, on 5/20 — she graduated, and they got married. In China 520 sounds similar to 我爱你 I love you. I made this little lovely film for my good friends. @jingi.no.jin @kdyang32 I hope they stay happy, support each other, and grow old together with their hearts intertwined. Little poem I just wrote: You and I, at midnight, when the sun warms our backs, when the sky turns gray and heavy, when the wind softly brushes through the leaves, when the heat becomes unbearable, when the cicadas cry so loudly they fill the air, we will keep kissing, keep loving, forever and ever. At midnight, we run. We run to the edge of the world, run until we’re drenched in sweat, run until time stands still, run until our stomachs grumble, run until we can barely catch our breath, run until you forget my favorite color, run until I forget my math teacher’s name. And finally, we stop. We look at each other. Even with your bangs soaked in sweat, even as I notice your nostrils flare bigger and smaller with every breath, neither of us minds. I know, I will love you forever. Directed by @john_zekai_ and Simone Yuhang Chen DP Simone Yuhang Chen Edited by Simone Yuhang Chen #love #production #newyork #newpost😍 #romance

Get Ready to Unleash Your Inner Fierce! After Divorce, I Enter My Cougar Era on the @goodshortdrama app seriously SHOOK me. I did not expect this vertical drama to hit me so hard. The title barely scratches the surface of how incredible this story really is. Beth’s journey from betrayal to empowerment is absolutely everything. Watching her take back control, outsmart her ex, and rediscover love? I was cheering her on every step of the way. And the chemistry between Beth and Matthew? Off. The. Charts. And the villains? Deliciously wicked. My Honest Take: Straight up this drama is INSANELY GOOD. Like, blew-my-mind good. 🤯😄 It’s a fierce tribute to womanhood, a celebration of life after 40, and a reminder that love can find you when you least expect it. ♥️ This show is a bold, beautiful reminder never to let anyone dim your shine. If you’re into powerful storytelling with heart, heat, and a whole lot of sass… you’ll want to dive into this one. 👏🌸♥️ Where to watch: @goodshortdrama Directed by: @sil_paradise Starring: @katekriegerofficial @sadhat8 #CougarEra #DramaReview #AgeGapRomance #SelfLove #Empowerment #MustWatch #VerticalDrama #GoodShortApp #DramaAddict #FemaleLeadPower #DramaObsessed #mobileseries #strongwoman #barbie #WatchThisNow #BiteSizedDrama #PhoneScreenSeries #QuickDrama #MiniSeriesDrama #EpisodicDrama #mobileentertainment
