I love talking to John! He has to be the most fun person I have ever met. The third time I cut his hair, he turns around in the chair and looked me in me eye. In the dead silent barber shop he asked, at full volume, “WHAT’S THE WORST THING YOU’VE EVER DONE?”
From wildly inappropriate questions and comments, to heartfelt conversations about the weird lives we’ve lived, John is a wonderful member of our community that I am proud to call a friend.

Moving to Florida has been such a challenging and transformative experience.

It gave me the chance to leave behind everything I've ever known that was familiar, to embark on a journey of self discovery and reinventing myself.

2 days after I moved here I started a new job where I've had the opportunity to meet so many great people who have pushed me out my comfort zone, showing me that I am capable of more than I realized and it's given me the opportunity to embrace the unknown (you never know what you'll get with these classes 😅) to learn more and grow stronger, build friendships that will last a life time and a community that can't be beaten.

The move was challenging, stepping out of my comfort zone was challenging, @outdoorgroupfitness classes are challenging, 75 hard has been challenging but I am evolving and expanding on a whole new level and I couldn't of done on my own.

Take the leap and embrace the adventure, your future self will thank you for it. Even if it's not moving to another state, get comfortable with being uncomfortable in order for you to push yourself to grow into the person you are meant to become ✨

and to my people back home, you know who you are, thank you for supporting and loving me my entire journey, before and after my move to Florida.
