A wholesome day biking around French Island.

We saw dozens of sleepy koalas, two gorgeous echidnas and one ginormous tiger snake 🐍 we had to bike either side of it to not run it over.

Seven days of Mat and Reformer Physio-Pilates training. 🤍

I've been using clinical pilates as part of my rehab and S&C practice, but this course gave me a deeper understanding of its principles and application. I'm especially grateful to John Contreras for being such an excellent teacher and communicator. He made it easy to connect theory with practice, and I left with new insights that will help me refine my clinical practice and better serve my patients.

Always grateful for opportunities to learn and grow. 🌚

I remember a couple of years ago I was a bit sad about not having many male friends in my day-to-day, guys whom I can learn from, grow with and enjoy life together. Guys who understand similar values, interests, aspirations. I didn't quite have the "circle of bros" that I'd love to have.

Funnily enough, the next 18-24 months after that was as if the Universe heard me, and started to place new people along my path. People I don't ever have to "guess" with, people who keep me accountable and grounded, and people I can share bits of my inner world with.

Social media, for all its flaws, has brought many of us together. But I think it's also about "increasing your social surface area" - going to new places, trying new things, making new conversations.

I'm taking a moment to look back and be thankful for a wish that has been answered; I see, with eyes wide open, what life continues to do for me.

Grateful for you guys (let's keep getting jacked and eat protein).
