Japan 2026 - we saw so many amazing places but the best part was connecting with fun people along the way. Tina learned enough Japanese to create intrigue and made connecting easier. I took so many pics, how to choose? Here are a few … more to come once I let go of the jet lag!

We recently returned from our first trip to #japan and it was fantastic. Sooo many things to see and a truly amazing culture. I have always “turned right “ and headed to Europe. I will certain start turning left more often…lots of things for me to think about..that whole turning left thing. 😉 I’ll share a few carousels over the next few days….first stop was Tokyo…

Well … that certainly didn’t end the way I had planned. 😳

After a week of bucket-list moments in the Italian Dolomites and a couple days into the white gravel roads of Tuscany, I got sicker than a dog.

Nothing like traveling with a high fever and an upset stomach to make you appreciate finally making it home.

Looking back now, I realize all of that was just a bump in the road.

There is a lesson in this for me… a reminder that “this too shall pass” and that all experiences are just that…experiences.

I appreciate you all! 🤗

The darkness and magic of a desert sky comes to life as the moon lifts. The most peaceful moments for me are right here. #shotoniphone #moonsky

Once a year, for only one night and just for a few hours…this cactus blooms. And how awesome was it that Jupiter was there to see it with me? #grace #moments #cactus

Chased by a Javelina! 🐗 So many dog sprints over the years but this is a first! Of course it happened on a steep hill too! #javelina #desert

Woke up to these guys this morning. Only at night do then bloom and only for one night the entire year…sometimes not even once during the year. Made me think about the special moments…slow down…#takeaminute #desertflower
