POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

To have been a fly on the wall just to hear how this generation of leaders is going to testify to and love on the next would have been enough. To be extended the chance to share in the conversation and testify to the faithfulness of God in my own life was a weighty privilege whose burden I was more than glad/humbled/honored/grateful to bear. Malachi 3.10 shares a prophecy where God challenges the people of Israel to bring their full tithes into the storehouse, promising to open the “windows of heaven” and pour out so great a blessing that there will not be room enough to receive. And that is our prayer for @thewayofworship . That as we bring the fullness of treasures God has entrusted to us right back to Him, back to His heart, that He would pour lavish blessing on every person, student, ministry, pastor, lay leader, instrumentalist who has positioned their hearts to receive, learn, and grow … be formed into the image and way of Jesus.

There are far greater things ahead. Further up and further in.

Working on a project today with @thewayofworship that I’ve been dreaming about for a long long time. The project is designed to hand off everything I, and my collaborators/friends, have been entrusted with, learned, and experienced in our journeys as worship leaders, musicians, and songwriters for the Church.

The goal is to bring together practical ministry experience and educational training in an accessible format for worship leaders, musicians, and songwriters.

I’m so thankful for these friends, their hearts for discipleship, and their willingness to invest it into the next generation of leaders.

Stay tuned, more to come soon!!!

idk maybe it was the Spirit stirring — maybe this one’s supposed to be out in the world.

It’s hard to believe that we are only a few hours away from releasing this special song & this special project…Living Proof. We think it’s pretty safe to say that Chris cried recording the title track, but we pretty much all cried hearing it for the first time. We hope it’s just as special for you.
