Listening, Hanging On For Dear Life

POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Just a little update:
Some friends helped me out in the studio recently on a song that I co-wrote with my buddy, @jay_clark_music. Be looking for this release because WOWZA are those boys powerful! And make sure you’re checking out Jay’s Tuesday Night Shindig listening room experience the second Tuesday of each month at Tri Hop Brewery in Maryville featuring traveling musicians passing through town. It’s ALWAYS a great night and people actually SHUT UP and LISTEN to the music! @corndog_7 is playing with @ralee260 at Trailhead Beer Market this Friday at 7pm. @greghornemusic plays everywhere with everybody all the time. Keep up! @danielkimbromusic just announced a European tour in the spring, and tickets go on sale tomorrow so set your alarm! And @johnnydelfuego is an old school legend who also runs Arbor Sound. Thanks to Gray Comer for being a good sound god. Support local businesses and local musicians!!! Don’t let the bastards grind ya down!

The Record will be live today at 5p Mountain at Hot Springs State Park. Join us for an hour of your next eclectic favorites, including tunes from Juana Molina, Ben Goldberg, Lupo Citta, and lots more.

Look for the checkered flag near the boat ramp, and bring a chair and a beverage and a friend. A link to Airbubble.com is in my IG bio.

(4/4) Meals With Friends, 2025. I try to keep a camera on me at all times, and for a couple years I've tried to grab a photo of everyone I share a meal or coffee with. I missed a few, but managed to capture most of you. Thanks for humoring me, friends and loved ones!

Site of last night’s podcast recording, knee deep in the kudzu… which is a good song / album title idea.

We got all the songs tracked for “Shots of Truth Vol 2!” We had a great time making it, now we just got to mix it and get it out! I had a solid team around me and they brought their best! We had Brian Stansberry on drums, John Baker on bass, Greg Horne on electric guitar and pedal steel and Gray Comer manning the mixing board! Thanks to all of them for having my back on this one! We will announce the release date soon so stay tuned!
