This week I’ve become utterly besotted with the gorgeous music of @thealuminumgroup I’m so mad I didn’t hear about them before now. But I’m certainly making up for lost time now. Both brothers have lovely voices, individually and in harmony. It confirms my theory that the best music groups either contain gay musicians or siblings. Here you get both! Check out their latest album from 2022 - every track is superb. https://thealuminumgroup.bandcamp.com/album/the-aluminum-group

Well that’s a wrap! For some it was Speakeasy Sports, and for others, it was Matt and Paige’s place on Clybourn. Whatever it was to you, thank you. This place was an opportunity to boost my confidence and creativity as a trainer in a weird time in the world. I’m going to miss my neighborhood here, all the dogs that walked by for a treat for belly rub. Going to miss my country club @fiveirongolf right down the street. Going to miss all the people that never pulled up far enough to let another person park before the hydrant. Looking forward to moving to @rocksolidchicago where the fun will continue!
