Being a founder has asked a lot of me. So has holding space for a community. So has showing up for the people I call family.

And now I’m learning how to build a family of my own; which requires growing the fuck ⬆️ up!

It ain’t easy being easy. Some days, being present takes everything I’ve got. But this season, I want to live in the overflow of my love—for who I am, for the people in my life, and for what I’m here to create.

Thank you for being in my life. For gathering with me, growing with me, and reminding me that I don’t have to do it all alone.

My capacity to be here, fully present and alive, is beyond my wildest dreams. ❤️

Dallas. Houston. Austin. 🤠

The last few days have been a whirlwind of launching SERHANT. Texas, meeting incredible people, hearing ambitious ideas, and being reminded that the best opportunities are almost always disguised as conversations.

I’ll be honest… I left feeling a little overwhelmed.

Not because there was too much to do, but because there was so much possibility.

When I said that to a friend, he smiled and said, “What a beautiful thing to be overwhelmed by. Your life is full of opportunity.”

That perspective has stayed with me.

One of the things I’m most grateful for about this company is the way it continues to make real estate feel both bigger and smaller at the same time.

Bigger because our reach keeps expanding. More markets. More collaboration. More ways to serve clients wherever life takes them.

Smaller because every opportunity seems to begin the same way: with people. A coffee. A dinner. A handshake. A thoughtful introduction. A conversation that unexpectedly changes the trajectory of your career - or your life 🚀

The people I’ve met through SERHANT. have opened doors I never knew existed. They’ve challenged me, inspired me, trusted me, and reminded me that the best business is still built on genuine relationships.

As we continue growing across the country, I’m realizing we’re not just expanding a brokerage.
