Singing one of my favorite Olivia Dean songs with my buddy Fancy Hagood is definitely a highlight of 2026 for me.

Alex Hall & Friends last night at Brown’s Diner was such a blast. It felt so good to play with the band again and to have some of my friends get up to sing some songs with us! We might just have to do this again… 📷: @japreavett

"Carnegie Hall one night and a dive bar the next." — Count Basie

Those words have never felt truer.

As we look back on 18 years of making music in Nashville, we're reminded that the magic was never about the stage—it was always about the people.

We've played church picnics, county fairs, breweries, house concerts, an old moving train full of happy (and very spirited 😅) passengers, tiny bars, legendary listening rooms, historic theaters, dance halls, festivals, and places we never imagined we'd have the chance to play across Tennessee.

We've been lucky enough to perform at rooms like @bluebirdcafetn, @stationinnnashville (back when JT Gray was at the helm), @thecavernstn, @franklintheatre, and @harkenhall. We also had the incredible honor of opening for two of our heroes—Jesse McReynolds and @ridersinthesky.

Some of our favorite memories, though, have been in the honky-tonks with our friends at @skinnydennis_nash and @honkytonktuesday, where the music is a little louder, the dance floor is hoppin', and strangers become friends.

Whether there were 20 people in the room or 2,000, every show helped shape who we are.

To everyone who's hired us, listened, danced, cheered, bought a record, or simply shared a moment with us over these last 18 years... thank you. You've given us a lifetime of memories, and we'll carry them wherever the trail leads next.

❤️ YIP!

Where did you first see The Farmer & Adele? If you haven't yet, where should we play next? 🤠

I’ve been slacking on getting my film developed lately, but I love these I just got back. I took these on my old 1970’s Pentax K1000 35mm camera. Backstage at the Opry, at a video shoot, Wilbur enjoying the sun, and Mother’s Day. 📷 🎞️
