EPIC EVENT 🎬🎭🏆

I got the chance to catch up with some friends and make a ton of new ones during the @darcyawards.

The DARCYS (formerly known as the Media Access Awards) are the Easterseals Disability Arts & Culture Awards, which celebrate authentic disability representation in film, television, and digital media.

GREAT PEOPLE + GREAT TIME ❤️❤️❤️

Met so many amazing people and ran into old friends at the @DARCYawards . I am terrible at remembering to take pictures so there were so many I missed. It’s so hard to explain the magic of being in a room of people who get it. What a day. Inclusion is beautiful.

So much love to everyone in celebration of all the hard work. Sometimes it’s hard to see the past the challenges and so often I am the only one in the room. Events like this make all the difference to see the impact and all the faces of people fighting the same fight.

So thank you #DarcyAwards @eastersealssocal and @filmindependent for giving us a space to be ourselves and celebrate. Thank you to every staff member who put in the work to make this accessible without prompting.

So much talent and skill and creativity and beautiful souls in one room. 🥰💛

Also I ran out of ability to tag people!!!
