This is Kitty. The cat with no name. I'm asking for your help.

She was found wandering in our cul-de-sac along with 2 other kittens on Monday 5/25. We tried to lure them in with food but Kitty was the only one that approached us. We sat outside for 2 more hours hoping the others would follow suit but to no avail. So we sadly let Kitty go - her pack needed her.

That night a terrible storm came in - thunder, lightning, strong winds. I couldn't sleep because all I could think about were the kitties.
.
.
Come Tuesday morning (5/26) we awoke to a commotion in the living room. The dogs were agitated about something underneath the coffee table. My heart sank as I saw one of kittens (not Kitty) - drenched and barely breathing. I became distraught and hysterical as I held her in my arms as she took her last breaths. I don't know how she got in and I'm grateful for my friends (@happy.little.yogi @robynhicks724 @caitbannister12 ) for consoling me about my dog's behavior.
.
I started panicking looking for the other kittens. As I ran outside I saw Kitty meowing for her friend. I brought out more food and she came towards me right away. I couldn't find the 3rd kitten so I hope she's ok.

Flash forward a few hours and I finally calmed down. I talked to my vet friends who helped me on the next steps. I took Kitty to the vet & she's approx 8months & healthy w/ her 1st set of shots.
.
Thank you again @acoupleofvets
@jole24 for taking such great care of her.
Kitty stayed with me all day until the evening. Vet trip + Petco run exhausted her and she fell asleep right by my feet after dinner. I was in love and was ready to keep her.

Ryan found a potential family through NextDoor and they came and took Kitty home that night. I was saddened by her leaving but kept reminding myself that she has a home now.
.
Unfortunately, not even 24 hours later, her potential adopters decided not to keep her. I've been frustrated not being able to take her back because of Rusty and Kyra. Luckily the family agreed to keep her until she finds a home. So with that, I'm asking for your help. (Continued in comments)

Following in @j.a.greeneconstruction ‘s footsteps, we wanted to showcase local small businesses that we are supporting during this uncertain time. •⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
This is the Fu Cru @fumanchung. They are a small family-owned business in Spring, TX. Chef Taylor (on the left) creates some amazing Vietnamese and Asian fusion dishes. Literally, we have had nothing bad here. You know it’s good when a Vietnamese person tells you that the Vietnamese food here is good 😂 •
All kidding aside, they are a relatively new business (a couple of years old), and need our support! They do offer delivery via food apps and curbside pick-up, so with the new restrictions on restaurants, they will still be able to provide a nice home-cooked meal for you and your family! Their service and hospitality is seriously unmatched! Go visit them! 🏮 #supportlocal #supportsmallbusiness #shoplocal #houstonstrong

Thank you to @kymmieyay for introducing us to this wonderful place 🤗
