Even as physical therapists, we experience injuries and persistent symptoms ourselves. Like our patients, we seek out coaches, clinicians, and mentors because there is always an opportunity to learn from others.

After seeing multiple PTs with little to no change, Sarah's low back pain and heel pain became chronic. More than a year of symptoms had taken away activities she enjoyed and limited her ability to do the things she loved.

At Momentum, we are committed to continuous learning—both through traditional and non-traditional approaches. Neuro integration was one area where we felt there was more to explore and understand. Over the course of 12 weeks, we had the opportunity to learn from and integrate concepts from @jones.strength into our practice. We were also fortunate to spend time with her in person.

What stood out was that many previous treatments had focused only on the local symptoms. Through Sarah's session, significant improvements in both her back and heel symptoms occurred with interventions such as vestibular drills, finger circles, and hand figure-8 mapping with perturbations.
