Consistency is key to long-term results. 🤍

Just like fitness, lymphatic drainage is about consistency, not a one time fix.

Regular treatments, paired with movement, proper hydration, and healthy habits, work hand in hand to support your body’s natural processes and overall well-being.

It’s not about doing everything perfectly. It’s about showing up for yourself, making your self care a priority, and staying committed to the process.

Small efforts. Consistent habits. Lasting change. ✨

I really don’t know if I have the words to describe how happy I am with Mr. Noah Lomax and his performance yesterday, not to mention, throughout this entire prep.

Noah came to me in February with the goal of competing in the NPC Men’s Physique Jr Class after previously working with a coach who wasn’t giving him the time and attention that he needed.

Noah is curious, hard working, resilient, driven, kind, respectful, and a killer athlete who deserves the same work ethic in return. So, when Noah asked me to take him on, I was honored at the chance to guide him into his first show.

At only 19, Noah took on the challenge. He worked long hours, still was in school, managed a vacation, and STILL showed up every single day as an athlete. To see Noah succeed at what he set out to do, was such a joy.

Thank you, Noah, for showing up. Thank you for your curiosity, enthusiasm, and drive. I am so excited to see where your future leads you.

Congratulations @_christommasi_ for doing what many say they’d like to do, but never truly follow through with.

My favorite thing about working with Chris has been his genuine curiosity. Anytime he had concerns, was unsure, or was curious about the future, he took the leap to ask questions! These are the types of people that get things done. These are the type of people who are seeking progress and generally attain their goals.

Chris is a work horse. He has a physical job, yet managed to get his training in, meals in, sleep well for the most part, and communicated when he hit a wall. Yes he was hungry, yes he was tired, but he took it in stride and completed what he set out to do.

Thank you, Chris, for choosing me🙏🥹

7 more weeks until miss @jinnivictoria hits the stage!!!

Second quarter almost in the books! Here is a small recap ✅🫡🇺🇸

Most fitness coach websites look the same, generic template, no system, no trust. This one doesn't. 👇

I designed this website for a strength & mindset coach who needed more than a 'pretty' site, he needed a system that turns visitors into booked calls.

Here's what's actually doing the conversion work:

→ Hero section that positions him as an authority (not just a trainer)

→ Program breakdown that makes the offer crystal clear

→ Pricing tiers that pre-qualify the right clients

→ Social proof stacked exactly where doubt creeps in

→ One clear CTA repeated at every decision point

This isn't decoration. It's a sales funnel that happens to look good.
If your website isn't doing this for you right now, it's not a design problem, it's a revenue leak.

"DM me 'SYSTEM' and I'll break down exactly what's missing from your current site, free, no pitch.
