This post is compiled of photos from my last acting sets with some of the loveliest talented people I’ve met on this short but beautiful side-quest in my life story. Essentially, this is my farewell to acting. 👋🥹💓

At a first glance, it’s quite depressing to let go of something that made you feel alive. But after taking a step back, I realized that something has to give for me to live a life true to myself, and, sadly, acting is a pursuit I have to give up to move forward. I hadn’t gone far, but I surely dived deep into the beauty & pains of this art, and if I had a secure chance, I would do it again and again, every single day.

I really thought I wasn’t going to be the person to give up on my dream, but guess what? I have a couple good ones, therefore me stepping away from acting is just me going at them full force! 💃🏼💫

So please, don’t give up on your dream(s)!! But also remember that it’s okay when your path changes. 🫶 I also wonder that maybe… acting wasn’t the dream to begin with. Maybe it was freedom to be fully present, to feel my emotions and explore different sides of myself without judgement; maybe it was a dream to be validated, to feel adored while being myself, and wanting my abilities to be acknowledged. I believe we all are full of various amazing talents, capabilities and possibilities, and life is just our playfield to explore them all. Therefore I am just glad I had a chance to live out one of my dreams. 🤗🍀 Now, onto the next ~

Shout out to all the wonderful people I’ve met on this adventure! ✨

One of the short films “Stay Awhile” I worked on as BTS went on to receive multiple festival awards.

This is a glimpse of the day between “action” and “cut”
where stories are built, shot by shot.
