MEMEBER SPOTLIGHT 🔥 @jonstimphont is an amazing member of Resilient and works extremely hard. Take a few minutes to read about him.

Tell us about yourself:

I’m 21 years of age, born & mostly raised in the sunshine state. Some of my hobbies include playing sports, like football and working out. I also enjoy listening & dancing to a wide range of music.
What made you start working out, and how long have you been doing it?

I’ve been working out for almost 8 years now & I am only just getting started. What made me start working out was playing high school football & I’m very thankful for that experience.
If you could only pick one exercise to do for the rest of your life, what would it be and why?
If I could only pick one exercise to do for the rest of my life it’d have to be the squat. It’d be the squat because it’s the first lift I not only excelled in, but it has contributed to growth in other lifts & my overall physique thus far.

What do you enjoy most about Resilient Fitness?

What I enjoy most about Resilient Fitness is the friendliness of the staff and members. The staff make you feel like you’re family & the members are all kind & courteous. The cleanliness of the facilities/top of the line equipment come a close second though. During my trial of the gym I knew within the first day it had to be my home gym.
How has training impacted your life?

Training has allowed & continues to allow me to become both physically & mentally strong. The latter being more important to me, because in this game we call life you’ll face adversity. Through adversity you can either fold or you can face it head on and become resilient. Training is the same in essence. You can learn so much about yourself from training.
