An incredible two weeks with @melbfilmfest !!
Sold out sessions at my absolute favourite hometown theatres @forummelbourne and @imax.melbourne followed by rural screenings and a schools session at @acmionline

All love and support for myself and this film has been overwhelming, it means the world. The inbox is a mess but I will get around to responding to all your thoughtful messages. You really turned up for me 🧡

Playing this and next weekend at @dokufest in Prizren, Kosovo! I’ve heard such amazing things about this festival, I wish we could be there for these late screenings. European friends if you’re in the neighbourhood, go check it out!

Excited to be bringing Phenomena to my hometown @adlfilmfest

So much of this film was crafted in Dad’s shed, in the eastern suburbs where I grew up. Many of the nature scenes were filmed in rural SA as well. Shoutout to @arkaroolaofficial one of the most beautiful and remote places I’ve ever visited.

I’ll be there for a special Q&A with Dad too!

Our Australian premiere takes place this June at @sydfilmfest !! 🦘🐨

What a magical week screening at @afo_olomouc, a full circle moment made complete by winning the audience award and best science communication, international competition ✨

Sharing the magic of the universe with audiences is why this film exists and I’m so proud to have this recognised by both the audience and jury at AFO. A truly special festival and a week I’ll never forget!!

I'm humbled to work with some really incredible people, namely @josefgatti through the @enamourediris & @instantcrushcreative workspace. He has been working on an experimental documentary series called PHENOMENA, “exploring the patterns of nature & the forces that create them. All visuals are captured by camera, through practical experiments, without the use of CGI". PHENOMENA is available to watch on @abctv

I was lucky enough to capture some behind the scenes stills during an incredibly interesting experiment at @robotface_au
- though I feel they don't compare in the slightest to what Joe created in this piece of cinema. Enjoy.
