A week ago Today, After eight years, Bloom’s storefront at Tlaquepaque Market is officially closed.

Bloom began in 2018 with a simple purpose: to create a space centered around handmade beauty while giving local makers and small businesses a place to be seen, discovered, and supported.

Over the years, Bloom grew alongside the community around it. We became makers ourselves, developed our own products, hosted workshops, events, and activations, and evolved into the creative space Bloom is today—where wellness, community, and artistry meet.

We’re deeply grateful for the opportunity to have grown there and for everything those eight years gave us.

Since closing the storefront, we’ve gained a little more clarity around how everything unfolded, and some things make more sense now than they did at the time. Time has a way of revealing the rest.

What matters most is this:

Bloom is not going out of business.

We’re still creating, still making, still popping up around Houston, and still looking for the right place to call home next. Also, You can still order online at BLOOMHBP.com

There’s no new address to share just yet, but when there is, you’ll hear it directly from us.

For now, we’re grateful for where Bloom began, proud of what it became there, and excited for what comes next. Thank you all for your continued support! 🙏💚

And still, we BLOOM🌱.
