POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Bear Givers was proud to sponsor an exclusive screening of Blind Spot at Congregation Beth Sholom, bringing Jewish singles together for a memorable evening.

The award-winning, critically acclaimed documentary shares the powerful stories of Jewish students confronting antisemitism on college campuses. Its message closely aligns with our Leading with Kindness Program, which encourages students to embrace inclusion and acceptance while helping combat bullying, racism, prejudice, and antisemitism.

With this mission in mind, our founder, Joe Sprung, envisioned an event that would bring together a powerful film and an opportunity for Jewish singles to connect. The result was a meaningful evening that brought people together around a subject that matters deeply to them.

Special thanks to @bailasebrow, Lenny Gold and the @blindspotthemovie team, and everyone who helped bring this wonderful evening to life!

Our Second Sponsor of 2026 — Mirman, Markovits & Landau ❤️
We are incredibly grateful to announce Mirman, Markovits & Landau, P.C. as our second sponsor of the 2026 Revel Run 5K, and for an extraordinarily generous sponsorship that will make a meaningful difference in this year’s run.
Mirman, Markovits & Landau is a New York personal injury law firm that has spent decades advocating for people and families facing the aftermath of serious injuries and medical malpractice. But this sponsorship also reflects Michele Mirman’s deep commitment to giving back to the community.
Michele Mirman, senior partner at the law firm and President of Bear Givers, is also a Trustee of the Lower East Side Tenement Museum, right here in the neighborhood where our run takes place. She has also supported a number of other nonprofits and community organizations throughout New York.
Joe Sprung, founder of Bear Givers and Michele’s husband, has been a familiar face at many of our 5Ks over the years. Michele has joined Joe at the event too , making it especially meaningful to have them both part of the Revel Run family 🥰
This sponsorship feels like more than just an incredibly generous gift. It feels like a continuation of a relationship built around community, generosity and showing up for others. These values are at the heart of the Revel Run and Pavel’s legacy ⚡️❤️
Thank you, Michele and everyone at Mirman, Markovits & Landau, for your incredible kindness and for helping us keep Pavel’s spirit moving forward.
And if you’re thinking about joining us this year, we’d love to have you!

Our First Sponsor of 2026! 🧸❤️
We’re so happy to welcome @beargivers as our first sponsor of the 2026 Revel Run 5K!
But this isn’t a new relationship. Bear Givers has been with us since our very first 5K in 2018, and we’re super grateful for their very generous donation, and continued support year after year. 👏👏
For those who may not know Bear Givers, they’re a nonprofit dedicated to bringing comfort, joy and kindness to children and others in need. Through teddy bear gifts, hospital visits, school programs and opportunities for children to experience the joy of giving themselves, they’re spreading a whole lot of kindness. 🧸❤️
In addition, Chairman & Founder @josephsprung has shown up for us in person, joining the run and coming out to support what we’re doing. That kind of personal commitment to our community means so much 🥰
Thank you, Joe and Bear Givers, for believing in the Revel Run from the very beginning and for helping us keep Pavel’s spirit of community, kindness and generosity moving forward.⚡️⚡️
We would love to see more of our community join us! The link is in our bio 🔗❤️
🏃‍♀️ Run or walk with us! Grab your spot and bring your friends and family.
🤝 Sponsor the Revel Run! Help us make an even bigger impact.
❤️ Can’t run? You can still be part of it! There are opportunities to donate and volunteer.
All proceeds benefit the Pavel Lempert Fellowship Program at @univsettlement.
Come be part of the day, support a great cause, and help us keep Pavel’s spirit moving forward.

On Sunday, we were honored to welcome friends and supporters to the Hamptons for a special afternoon featuring Coach Bruce Pearl in conversation with David Sterling.

Hosted by Joe Sprung and Michele Mirman, the event brought the Westhampton Beach community together in support of our lifesaving mission. We were especially proud to dedicate a new lifesaving ambucycle with the Sprung family, helping equip our volunteer medics to reach emergencies even faster.

Thank you to Coach Bruce Pearl for your unwavering support for Israel and for sharing such an inspiring conversation, and to everyone who joined us and continues to stand with United Hatzalah.
