Stop saying you “ONLY” lost 5 pounds. Or 10. Or 20

You still did the work. You still showed up. You still moved forward.

And please stop giving yourself these random deadlines like you have to lose X amount by summer, your birthday, vacation, or some imaginary finish line.

It does not matter how long it takes.

Progress is progress, and the goal is still the goal. Keep going. ❤️

This episode of The Cutting Edge Podcast dives into plastic surgery innovations and answers the real questions patients want answered without the confusing medical talk.

🎙️ The episode is out now on YouTube, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Amazon Music, and more.

Today’s post-op win: eggs, avocado, and a little more flavor. 🥑🍳

I know it looks like a lot, and I won’t eat it all. I’m taking tiny bites, chewing slowly, and enjoying every bit I can.

The rest of today is for healing, working from bed, and taking care of me. Let this be your reminder to do whatever helps you feel good today. ❤️

They said I was lazy. They said I couldn’t do it. They said I’d fail.

Well guess what… down 132 pounds and living my BEST damn life! 💪✨

This journey wasn’t easy, but it was worth every ounce of effort. Here’s to proving them wrong and showing up for me.

Okay, sunshines — I’m obsessed with this outfit today! I never thought I’d love baby blue leggings, but these from IUGA are a total game-changer. The fit? Perfect. The vibe? Even better. And they have POCKETS — yes, real ones! 🙌

I’m seriously feeling myself and these leggings hug all the right places while keeping me comfy and confident all day long.

✨ Use my code OSLP for 25% off and grab yours ASAP — trust me, you’re gonna live in these.
