All of these things I’ve heard women say about themselves at the beginning of retreats. And ALL of these narratives I’ve seen COMPLETELY change within 48 hours. So what’s actually making the biggest difference? Somewhere between the slumber party vibes, inside jokes, shared challenges, and sweaty selfies, ladies understand that this is a completely safe space. When intention is pure, judgement is gone and love is unwavering, you start to realize that those ideas you have about who you are miiiiiiiight not actually be the whole picture. This “personality traits” might just be patterns. All we need is a little sprinkle of evidence that there’s other options. And then boom. The lights are back on in the eyes. The hugs are longer. The conversations are deeper. And honestly it’s SO Fing cool to watch this unfold in real time. Still riding the high from this weekend…. 🚂 🥒 #choochooMFers

Words cannot describe how full my heart is and how grateful I am for this beautiful community we are building 🩷 Our Fem & Co. Experience was created to give women a little taste of what Fem & Co. is all about — stepping away from the noise of everyday life, slowing down, connecting with yourself, and being surrounded by women who genuinely want to see one another thrive. And watching that vision come to life last night was pretty incredible. To every woman who showed up, shared, moved, laughed, reflected, connected, and allowed yourself to simply be for a few hours — thank you. You are the reason we create these spaces. To the incredible women who brought their gifts and businesses into this experience — thank you for pouring so much of yourselves into our community. Fem & Co. was never meant to be built alone. We want to create a space where women support women, businesses support businesses, and everyone has a seat at the table. 🤍 🎥 And then there’s @dannahpower, who somehow captured the feeling of the entire night in this video. Dannah, I truly cannot thank you enough. Your talent, your eye, and the way you told the story of this experience completely blew me away. Seeing what we created through your lens was honestly emotional. At fem & co., we believe healing doesn’t happen because of a perfect yoga pose or a beautiful location. It happens when women feel safe. When you’re welcomed exactly as you are. When you realize you’re not the only one carrying the weight you’ve been carrying. When someone across the room says, “Me too,” and suddenly you don’t feel so alone anymore. •Beautiful Weekend• 🏕️🌞👙💚🛶🧘🏻‍♀️🧁 Camped in Mark Twain National Forest at Greer Crossing Campground Friday night then kayaked the Eleven Point River all day Saturday. We all pulled off and made our cozy campsite for the night next to Boze Mill Spring, an incredibly large clear blue cold natural spring!🩵 Woke up Sunday and continued our float down the river stopping at several springs, cliffs, and bridges to jump! This past weekend for the Master Healer Retreat was a true dream. We began the weekend driving through 7 inches of snow on country roads to Bourbon, MO. As the weekend went on, we witnessed the snow thawing and the Earth coming into view. It was very much parallel to the growth and work we were all leaning into, together. Taking a moment to thaw, into the warmth and support each other, of the community around us. The unity, support and vulnerability that was shown and held space for, takes my breath away and brings tears to my eyes. To have the strength and courage to allow ourselves to thaw during a time, for some, that feels so hard, is one of the bravest things I witnessed and felt within this group of beautiful souls. Showing up and being brave being main themes throughout the weekend. Each one of these beautiful beings, that showed up for themselves, will always have a special place in my heart. This land and the gratitude that was given to the land will always be remembered in my heart. The support by one of my dearest friends @sarahsegerco - I will forever be grateful for. The nourishment and love that was given through food by @josiebitesback @lifesourcemeals - I will always remember and will be returning to future retreats! The beautiful and nurturing hot stone restorative class for integration by @slow.steady.yoga - thank you, deeply, thank you. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 I will be forever grateful to this time - to come together in community, and unity, and support - to bring more light, joy, healing, and gratitude to ourselves, and therefore to the world around us. This time is a gift. This life is a gift. The land, Mother Earth is a gift. Love will prevail.
