I’m beyond blessed to have completed my second body building show and winning second in my class but most importantly blessed to have the support from family, friends, and those I’ve met along this new journey. Most importantly I thank GOD for getting me to the finish line in good health and staying by me every step of the way. I never thought I would enter into this sport but God opened the door and walking through it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. The discipline, the ups, downs, injuries, blood, sweat, and tears involved has made me a much stronger person than before. Going self coached and learning about how the body works (for better and worse😭) has taught me that life isn’t about the outside, but the inside. How we choose to look is usually a reflection of what’s inside of us and it’s most important to be healthy there first. I’m definitely taking some time off for a while to give my hormones time to bounce back, and get some much needed rest, recovery, and rejuvenation. This process is taxing mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually from all of the sacrifice involved. The only aspect more important than the season, is the offseason. #classicphysiqueloading 👀 🥈Open Men’s Physique Class C
