▶️ WoD in the Caption - DAY 15 | 555 Inspired by @jouis.dr #Thanks 23 Minuten, Simple. Brutal. Effective. Today I tested a core workout I modified myself. The goal wasn't to burn calories. The goal was to build a stronger foundation through progressive overload and rotational strength. The structure stayed the same throughout: • 2 min mobility & yoga-based warm-up • 5 min kettlebell block A 6kg • 2 min rest • 5 min kettlebell block B 12kg • 2 min rest • 5 min kettlebell block C 18kg • 2 min yoga & stretching Progression: 6 kg → 12 kg → 18 kg. I used a big timer on my laptop and followed EMOM timing. Each exercise lasted 50 seconds, followed by 10 seconds to transition to the next movement. On the Russian Twists and the Side-to-Side Leg Raises, I pushed through the full 60 seconds because a two-minute recovery came immediately afterward. Exercises: • Around the Worlds • Wood Chops (left & right) • Russian Twists • Side-to-Side Leg Raises Everything was tracked on my @garmindach as 3 × 7-minute EMOM blocks, plus the warm-up and cooldown.. No excuses. Strong Before 45. Day 15 of 555.
