MY HOTBOX FAREWELL TOUR ❤️‍🔥🥊⁣
⁣
After grieving the news that my favorite gym in the world was closing, I decided there was really only one appropriate way to send her off:⁣
⁣
𝗧𝗔𝗞𝗘 𝗧𝗛𝗥𝗘𝗘 𝗖𝗟𝗔𝗦𝗦𝗘𝗦. 𝗜𝗡 𝗢𝗡𝗘 𝗗𝗔𝗬. 🤣⁣
⁣
(Yep… I go hard or go home, quite literally!)⁣
⁣
What better way to send Hotbox off with LOVE than hitting up all my favorite trainers’ classes?!⁣
⁣
Heck, I’ve been gone for almost two months due to my shoulder injury… so we’d BETTER get it in!⁣
⁣
𝘛𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦 𝘸𝘢𝘴 𝘕𝘖 𝘞𝘈𝘠 𝘐 𝘸𝘢𝘴 𝘭𝘦𝘵𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘱𝘭𝘢𝘤𝘦 𝘤𝘭𝘰𝘴𝘦 𝘥𝘰𝘸𝘯 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩𝘰𝘶𝘵 𝘨𝘦𝘵𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘪𝘯 𝘰𝘯𝘦 𝘮𝘰𝘳𝘦 𝘨𝘭𝘰𝘳𝘪𝘰𝘶𝘴𝘭𝘺 𝘶𝘯𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨𝘦𝘥 𝘥𝘢𝘺 𝘰𝘧 𝘧𝘦𝘳𝘢𝘭 𝘧𝘪𝘵𝘯𝘦𝘴𝘴... 💪🏼⁣
⁣
So get it in WE DID.⁣
⁣
I was there from 11:30am-7:30pm, with one brief intermission to pick up my children from school like the responsible mother I am. 😂🏫⁣
⁣
Then RIGHT BACK TO HOTBOX I WENT.⁣
⁣
Because today, I wanted to 𝗙𝗘𝗘𝗟 𝗜𝗧 𝗔𝗟𝗟 🩵⁣
⁣
I wanted to absorb it.⁣
Sweat it.⁣
Punch it.⁣
Pump it.⁣
DANCE IT. 💃🏼⁣
⁣
(And ohhhh, did I dance. Someone even mentioned she was jealous of how “free” I am… not sure if that’s a compliment or a diss LOL… either way, I’ll take it 😂)⁣
⁣
I wanted to experience it ALL one more time…⁣
⁣
My favorite trainers.⁣
My favorite kickboxing bag, with the sun shining down on me. ☀️🥊⁣
My 185lb hip thrusts. 🍑🤣⁣
⁣
Bangers blasting.⁣
Sweat dripping.⁣
Endorphins high.⁣
⁣
I wanted the hugs. The tears. The poses. The ridiculous laughter. The sweaty selfies with the humans I’ve spent HUNDREDS of classes beside over the years.⁣
⁣
I wanted to be completely 𝗣𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗘𝗡𝗧 in my body and soak up what it felt like to be inside this place that has held so many versions of me.⁣
⁣
😭😭😭⁣
⁣
It felt SO good to be back, even if just for one day.

Between the music, the movement, the dancing, the punching, the hugging, and the crying…⁣
⁣
𝙄 𝙛𝙚𝙡𝙩 𝙡𝙞𝙠𝙚 𝙄 𝙬𝙖𝙨 𝙛𝙡𝙤𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜.⁣
⁣
Which was either ✨ 𝘵𝘳𝘢𝘯𝘴𝘤𝘦𝘯𝘥𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘦𝘮𝘣𝘰𝘥𝘪𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵 ✨ or the fact that I had only consumed one protein shake while taking three workout classes.⁣
⁣
Jury’s still out. 🤣⁣

Praying for Kauai 🌺

Kauai holds a special place in my heart. 💗

My spiritual awakening occurred there in 2018.

I spent many months on the island working with people who have called Kauai their ‘Aina for generations. 🌎

Twas an honor to do that work in Food Systems Change 🌱

Because it supported in my own growth journey, and awakened my sacred remembrance as a Priestess. 🌹

I am grateful for all of my guides and my sisters who were a part of my time there. 🙏🏽

My heart is heavy because the land there is so sacred. ✨

I wrote “Sleep Baby Sleep” when Tommy was in the NICU, and I sang it to her through those exhausting nights when she just would not sleep and would cry and cry.

Then we had Finn, and I sang it to him too. 🖤

Somehow it never occurred to me to share it until today, when my sweet friend @jourdanrystrom posted the song she sings to her babies. There is something so special about the songs that become their songs — the ones woven into bedtime, comfort, hard nights, and growing up.

So now I want to know: what song do you sing to your kiddos?

It absolutely does not have to be an original. Tell me the story in the comments.

But if you did make up your own lullaby, I dare you to post it and tag me so I can hear it. 🥹

Can this be a thing? Let’s make it a thing.

Post yours. Tag another parent. Repost. Share the little songs our babies know by heart. 🖤

WHY NOT 🎶🎵 take a crazy chance… and WIN tickets to HILARY DUFF?! 😭🪩🎤 AHHHHHH!⁣
⁣
I’m so grateful to have re-awakened my inner millennial over this past year. Between Backstreet Boys at the Sphere and now HILARY FREAKING DUFF (!!!), my 11-year-old self has been SCREAMING in the best way.⁣
⁣
Fully nourished.⁣
Fully loved.⁣
Fully ALIVE. ⁣
⁣
✨😭✨⁣
⁣
There’s something about belting the songs that raised you at the TOP of your lungs alongside an amphitheater lawn full of other 30-something women that heals something nothing else can.⁣
⁣
MUSIC THERAPY. ⁣
MILLENNIAL RECLAMATION. ⁣
A TRUE ’90s KID REAWAKENING. 🤸🏼⁣
⁣
And can we ALSO talk about Hilary Duff making her comeback HOT AF?! 🔥⁣
⁣
Strong. Toned. Fit. Glowing.⁣
AND A MOTHER OF FOUR?!?!⁣
Ma’am.⁣
⁣
GOALS. GOALS. GOALS. 👏🏼⁣
⁣
Y’all know I’ve been deep in my own health + strength journey — so seeing another mama out there looking strong AF, performing, creating, raising FOUR babies, and absolutely owning this chapter of her life?!⁣
⁣
𝘐’𝘮 𝘵𝘢𝘬𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘯𝘰𝘵𝘦𝘴. 📝💪🏼⁣
⁣
Anyway…⁣
⁣
𝗧𝗛𝗜𝗦 𝗜𝗦 𝗪𝗛𝗔𝗧 𝗗𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗠𝗦 𝗔𝗥𝗘 𝗠𝗔𝗗𝗘 𝗢𝗙 🪩🎀✨⁣
⁣
So scroll through, turn up the volume, and please enjoy the absolute unhinged JOY that was had at this concert. 🎶🎤⁣
⁣
And thank you again @mix929official for the tickets!!! What a freaking GIFT 🥹🫶🏼⁣
⁣
#FollowThrough + #Winning have been the themes of my 2026… and we’re moving right along beautifully. 🏆💫⁣

Love,⁣

What a truly magical Lion’s Gate evening. 🦁✨

Thank you so much to everyone who came out and shared this space with us. Your vision boards were AMAZING 🖼️ I loved seeing all of the dreams, intentions, and pieces of your future selves come to life.🥹

We ended the evening cozied up inside with sound healing + Reiki while the rain poured outside, which made the whole experience feel even more special. 🌧️🩵

So grateful and honored to create these spaces and share them with you.

Here’s to everything you’re calling in. ✨

🙏 Special thank you to @thesacredcauldronretreat for allowing us to use this beautiful space and to @soheillmusic for his incredible, ethereal music and guitar!
