From local duathlons to Hyrox runs in our nations capitol. The last couple of weeks have been BIG for our BC FITNESS athletes, and we couldn’t be more proud of the way they’ve been showing up, and representing BC with pride!

🏃🏻‍♀️Stacy Howland - Stacy is one of our newest BC athletes and recently ran her FIRST EVER 10k - not only finishing and taking 2nd in her age group!
🔥 Coach Gabby & Bianca got an incredible 2.5 minutes in HYROX Washington DC Women’s Doubles!
💪 Joyce & Carlos ran an impressive performance in HYROX Washington DC Mixed Doubles!
💥 Brian Yu took 3 minutes off his last race and went SUB-70 at HYROX Washington DC!
🏅Mike Hill recently raced in the Katy Tri Duathlon, getting 4th place in the men’s division and 5th overall

Podiums, PRs, big milestones, and first-time finishes - we’re proud to celebrate ALL of it.

Hyrox DC 2026
Mixed doubles (1:10:30)
10th/152 (AG 45-49)

The Good: Felt good on the runs and pacing held even as fatigue set in. Very proud of our rox zone time. Finished 3rd in AG in Rox zone time. Even as I tired, Joyce kept us moving in the Rox zone. Communication was excellent. Feel we helped each other and worked through this race as a team.

Needs work: Transitions. Unfortunately with not a lot of workouts together, transitions were not 100% fluid as we have been in past. Back 1/2 finish. Unfortunately I didn’t have the push for lunges. Got to get more efficient and quicker. Wall ball no reps. I had 7 no reps (missed target) and need to clean it up.

6 weeks till Tampa. Back to work!

🔥 Performance isn’t just about working harder. It’s about working smarter.

This weekend, athletes took on the Hyrox Performance Analysis Clinic at @mybcfit -and they got WAY more than an amazing, efficient workout💪🏼

Athletes received one-on-one coaching, movement feedback, technical corrections, and individualized insights from World Championship-level coaches, all while putting their skills to the test under fatigue.
Because when you know why you’re moving the way you are, you can train with more intention, race with more confidence, and perform at a higher level. 🏃🏽⚡️
.
Big thanks to everyone who showed up ready to learn, work, and get better!
Train with purpose. Perform with confidence. Change your mind. Change your life.

Fitness is about more than what happens during the workout. It’s about surrounding yourself with people who push you, support you, celebrate your wins, and remind you what you’re capable of.
Because when you find the right people, you don’t have to do hard things alone.

Heavy Sled E2MOM
Every 2 mins push the sled 12.5m
Add weight every round until you can not push full length unbroken. EMOM is over once you cannot make full length.

My mixed doubles partner @joyce.runs is always down for some heavy sled work! Hyrox DC here we come!

Comment your max sled push weight!

First @hyroxamerica women’s pro doubles race in the books!
It wasn’t our goal time but it was enough to grab 3rd place for our AG this weekend and I’m so proud of what we put together.
It’s been a rough season emotionally and physically and I’m happy I have been able to push through.
Can’t wait to give it another shot. Great race, well organized. Now it’s time to dial-in for Stockholm. #hyroxnyc2026 #theroadtostockholm #fitover50
