This isn’t just workshop footage. This is part of the skill behind what I bring to an event.

Floral processing. Design mechanics. Installation. Placement. Scale. Structure. And understanding how each element works together within the overall production.

I’m not interested in simply making something look pretty. I want to understand how it’s built, why it works, and what it takes to execute it well.

So when you see me designing an event, you’re not just getting my creative eye. You’re getting the hands on knowledge, preparation and skill behind it.

I know how to take a vision and help turn it into an experience.

That’s the skill behind the pretty and I am grateful to @toriwilliamsevents and @thetw_academy for the opportunity.

Design is better when we work together.

Supporting @joyfulEventsNC for her nephew’s graduation was already a highlight, but executing a seamless “flip” for a surprise proposal made it unforgettable. From graduation florals to “Will You Marry Me” in a heartbeat.

Love a well-executed plot twist!

Finding serenity in the art of slowing down. 🕊️ Spent a few days at the Rest & Reset Wellness Retreat, recharging and rediscovering balance at a peaceful lake house. It was a lovely change of pace from the noises of everyday life, by soft textures and garden-inspired florals. Remember: Rest isn’t a reward for your work; it’s the fuel for it! So grateful for this community of wedding pros! @NCCreatives_events @jMeciaWellness #eventflorist #ncwedding #ncbride #weddingflorist #ncweddingplanner

Day 2 of Rest & Reset Retreat 🌿✨
Hosted by: @jmeciawellness @joyfuleventsnc

A 3-day experience created to release, relax, and restore… and today truly embodied all of that. From the intentional event design to the peaceful atmosphere, every detail was rooted in mindfulness allowing us to slow down, breathe, and just be.

Grateful for the vision, the energy, and the collaboration with @nccreatives_events who helped bring this moment to life. This wasn’t just an event… it was a reset for the mind, body, and spirit. 🤎

Peace isn’t passive — it’s practiced.

If you’re waiting for life to slow down before you feel calm, steady, or grounded…
that moment may never come.

Peace is something you build —
through awareness, boundaries, regulation, and intentional pauses.

This workbook was created for high-achieving women who:
• carry a lot
• think a lot
• hold it together for everyone else
• and are ready to feel steadier from the inside out

This isn’t about doing more.
It’s about learning how to practice peace in real life.

✨ The workbook is available now.

If you’re high-achieving but exhausted…
This digital workbook isn’t for women who need motivation.

It’s for high-achieving women who are capable…
but tired of carrying everything alone.

These pages were created to help you slow your nervous system,
untangle the pressure, and finally work with your life instead of pushing through it.

This is where restoration becomes practical.

The High-Achieving Woman’s Reset Workbook — now available on my website.
