Who you surround yourself with is so important. The people you spend your time with have such a big influence on how you see yourself, what you believe you’re capable of, and who you’re becoming.

I feel so lucky to work alongside so many strong, independent, kind, and passionate women. They inspire me, push me to grow, and genuinely support one another.

And the more I get to know them outside of the studio, the more I admire who they are beyond the classes we teach. I feel so lucky to be surrounded by women I can laugh with, learn from, and look up to.

Turns out work is way more fun when it’s a bunch of your favorite arbonne friends on a boat! No alarm clock needed for this kind of work day!☀️

This week I heard stories from women from all different walks of life who are absolutely CRUSHING this business.

hairstylists.
moms.
fitness instructors.
physician assistants.
Women who are incredible community builders.
Women who are natural leaders and know how to connect with people.

And it honestly reminded me why I started this in the first place.

I saw the earning potential, but I also saw how many people already have skills that can translate so well into this business.

You don’t need to be an influencer.
You don’t need a huge following.
You don’t need to have it all figured out.

You might already have what it takes — you just need someone to teach you how to use those skills in a new way.

And I’m ready to mentor whoever God has next for me.

Maybe you’ve been praying for an opportunity to create more income. Maybe you want something that challenges you and helps you grow. Maybe you’re a natural connector, leader, teacher, or community builder and you’ve been wondering what else you could do with those skills.

If that’s you, I want to talk.

I can teach you the business. You bring your willingness to learn, your work ethic, and your desire to grow.

Maybe you’re the person I’ve been praying gets on my team next. 🤍

DM me “INFO” and let’s chat.

day two in Austin 🤍

I truly believe God puts you in every room you’re supposed to be in…

It took EVERYTHING in me to leave my almost one year old baby boy for not one, but TWO nights. I had been dreading it for weeks and quite literally had a crash out before I left 😭 I love being his mom. I love that I get to stay home with him. And honestly, leaving him is just really freaking hard for me.

But I also think sometimes as moms, especially stay at home moms, we can love this life SO much and still lose little pieces of ourselves in it.

I didn’t realize how badly I needed this weekend. I needed my girls. I needed this community. I needed conversations that filled my cup. I needed to remember that I can be completely obsessed with being Stetson’s mom AND still want something that’s mine. Something that gives me purpose outside of motherhood, helps contribute to our family, and gives us more freedom without taking me away from the life I worked so hard to be home for.

And yesterday I had the biggest “okay God, I hear you” moment.

I had literally just been telling the girls about some of the things I’ve been struggling with lately and then one of our top leaders got on stage and started talking about the EXACT same struggles. Like almost verbatim. It genuinely felt like she had somehow been listening to our conversation.

I just sat there thinking… there’s no freaking way 😭

It felt like God was saying, “THIS is why I put you here.”

In this room. With these women. In this season.

And maybe there’s another mom who needs to hear this too — wanting more for yourself doesn’t mean you want less of motherhood.

You can want to be home for the babies.
You can want slow mornings and all the little moments.
You can want an income of your own.
You can want financial freedom for your family.
You can want something that makes you feel like YOU again.

Those things can exist together. 🤍

I almost let the fear of leaving my baby keep me from coming this weekend… and now I know I was exactly where I was supposed to be.

God is so freaking cool like that. 🥹

I swear half of this business is just being willing to look a little stupid 🤪

Post the video before you’re good at making videos. Talk about the product before you feel “natural” doing it. Send the message even if you overthink it for 20 minutes first. Try the trend. Put yourself out there.

None of us came into this knowing what we were doing. We’ve got hairdressers, teachers, nutritionists, Pilates instructors, stay at home moms, nurses, dental assistants + all kinds of different backgrounds in this group.

We just decided we were willing to learn something new, be bad at it for a while, laugh at ourselves along the way… and yes, make money doing it.

Turns out you don’t have to look cool to build something that pays you 😂🤪
