It’s National Women’s Friendship Day?! This should be like 💕 Galentine’s Day or something, right?! 👩🙌 👩‍

Shout out to all the incredible forces out there who know too many of our secrets but we know theirs too, so they gotta keep quiet!! 😉 #healthyblackmail is a thing, right?

Thank you for always being by my side - when I need someone to craft with, someone to talk with, and someone to cry or finish a bottle of wine with. Soul sistas. 🍷🍷

Tag that friend this post made you think of! 👯

A peek back at one of my most favorite I Am Len's Kitchen collaborations to date with my soul sisters Kerry @themoonandarrowlodge and Kimberly @joyfulroots Joyful
Kerry featured two of my recipes in her magazine, Roasted Butternut Squash Tacos with Cashew Crema and Kimberly created the illustration for the recipes that I developed.
It’s so awesome when you get to shift into a higher vibration of living within your own gifts which in turns allows the natural attraction of those whose frequency elevates you at a deeper level.
There are future collaborations on the horizon for us alongside our fellow soul sister @kristenfagan
Love the vibe of my tribe.

Did you know that with some conditions such as high blood pressure and the medicines used to manage it, over the counter medicines such as cough syrup is a contraindication and should be avoided?

I think it's great to have alternative options available towards our personal care.
A couple of months ago, I can't remember the last time I had a flu as bad as this flu season and I didn't want to over medicate if my body could heal using natural remedies.
I reached out to my friend @joyfulroots - Creative Alchemy and Botanical Wellness and ordered some Elderberries from her and got her recipe to make my own all natural syrup that's full of antioxidants.
Visit
@joyfulroots for her video and the simple ingredients to make your own. ***for those with High Blood Pressure and take medication for it, remove the licorice root****
