✨Sometimes it’s the smallest details that mean the most. ✨

Today I had the privilege of completing this beautiful lady’s journey with 3-D medical areola tattooingfollowing her post-mastectomy breast reconstruction.

The sweetest part? She asked for a tiny heart to be included for her daughter, who has been so incredibly brave throughout her mummy’s breast cancer journey💛

Every 3-D medical areola tattooing treatment I provide through J.O.Y is offered completely free of charge because every woman deserves to have her moment... to feel whole again.

If you, or someone you know, would like to find out more about accessing 3-D medical areola tattooing through J.O.Y, please don’t hesitate to get in touch. I’d love to help💛

✨J.O.Y✨

June saw another beautiful JOY Clinic.
This lovely lady was nominated by her daughter, who wanted her mum to have a moment that was just for her.

JOY was created from my own experience of grief. One thing I’ve learnt is that grief doesn’t leave. Whether it’s 5, 10 or 15 years later, losing your person changes you. It can strip away parts of your identity and leave you wondering who you are now. Even a diagnosis, a divorce, any life change, there is grief for that version of how your life once looked.

JOY isn’t about fixing that.

It’s about offering a small moment where the outside noise quietens. A moment to reconnect with yourself. A little reminder that underneath it all, you are still there💛

For the past 3 years, JOY has provided free clinics every single month, and I’m so excited that we’re now expanding into London too, making nominations more accessible beyond Kent.
JOY is a nomination-based CIC. If you know someone navigating a path they never chose, and you’d love to gift them a moment that’s purely for them, please nominate them via the JOY page on my website.

Because sometimes the smallest acts of kindness create the biggest glimmers of light. ✨

Please share this post so more people know JOY exists 🤍

✨Mental Health Ambassador✨

I was honoured to be presented with a Mental Health Ambassador award by the Lord Mayor of Canterbury after completing my course with East Kent Mind.

This means so much- not because I want to “fix” anyone, but because it speaks for what J.O.Y stands for and that is, meeting women exactly where they are, creating a space where they feel comfortable, seen, and supported in their own way.

JOY has never just been about free treatments… it’s about a space where self-care and women’s mental health truly meet and spark a joy.

I’m so grateful to East Kent Mind for bringing people together and making these courses accessible — it’s amazing to now be part of that.

Feeling very thankful for everyone who’s been part of this journey so far… and excited for what’s to come 💛 Thank you to my amazing @joellefleet for coming with me, and being absolute saviour always(not over exaggerating😂)

If you’d like more information on what J.O.Y is about head to the LINK in the BiO or J.O.Y’s highlights for, “how to nominate” 💛

✨ Growing with Time ✨

Ok be kind about slide 2 & 3, they were my first ever treatments😅

I had to work for her—and I’m still becoming her every day.

This is more than a makeup journey. It’s proof that the things you dream about can become your reality.

To anyone feeling stuck or overwhelmed at the start… I promise, it gets better. Every artist you look up to started exactly where you are now.

No comparison. No rushing. Just progress.

We’re in this together 💛

✨ Grateful ✨

I’ve been inspired by so many people in this industry, and I think it’s a wonderful thing if you’re in a position where you can do things that inspire others too. But the greatest value in teaching isn’t just about inspiration — it’s about representing an incredible industry and educating in a way that keeps these treatments safe, ethical and ever evolving.

When myself and @tilyraepmu started creating our training @pmugoldacademy , we reflected a lot on our own beginner experiences. They were very different, there were things we both felt were missing.
We wanted to build a space where our students feel supported, guided and safe — a place that nurtures true artists who will go on to make a meaningful difference in the permanent make up world.
Because great artists aren’t just created through technique… they’re created through guidance, support and education that truly cares

Grateful to be part of this journey… and even more grateful to share💛
