Bungalow Update!
It’s been a while but quite a few bits have happened recently so thought I’d share an update! As you can see so much structurally has happened it’s a really complex build as we’ve lowered ceilings, rearranged and added rooms and tried to make use of every bit of space we are able within the house and new extension. But…it’s coming together and as you can see, in the main house electrics, plumbing and now plasterboard is well underway.
Another huge change is the roof-I will share more on that within the next couple of weeks on why we’ve chosen what we have. But it looks so much better already and having solar will be a game changer for us as we only have electric supply into the house.
The mezzanine rooms have really taken shape too with the new staircases and it’s now time to order my kitchen and bathroom and start thinking in more detail about the interiors. I’ve done a couple of room designs but not had chance to properly design all rooms yet.
Any questions ask away (not build costs though as at this point how long is a piece of string 🙈)
More details below-thanks for being patient with me on this-it’s definitely a long process and I’m still trying to navigate everything without having a break down 😂❤️ ❤️

Happy Sunday and a little of life lately x ➡️
A very busy few months with the children moving and designing and choosing for the new house but taking each day as it comes-literally! Not sure my brain and heart can do any more than that😂🙈
Steels will be going in this week so fingers crossed for good weather 🤞🏻🤪
Happy Sunday xx

Can you believe this will be the same bungalow?
Heres what my vision will hopefully become! ✨🤞🏻
I’ve been busy behind the scenes planning layouts and designs of all the areas in the bungalow. With lots of light and clever storage I’m trying to maximise this bungalows potential and create a beautiful 4 bed home for my family.
Downsizing-yes but with all the areas we need so that it actually doesn’t feel like we’re downsizing.
So this is hopefully what the hallway will look like! This makes me so excited!
