A year ago today - sheesh where has time gone.

ABSolutely shredded, Julian’s first shoot, our first Olympia, and not a clue how to build real muscle. 😅

The next time we will blow these shots out of the water. 💯 💪🏼 🍑

And happy start to Harry Potter Season - even if we’re a bit early. Should be year round tbf. 🐍

Update before heading out to the ⭕️ to celebrate bodybuilding.

Julian’s well into the growth phase and still looking much better and tighter this off season than last. He does his cal/macro updates on his page -> @jp0sada

I’m still hanging out in the heath phase. Maintaining at 1200 cals cause my metabolism isn’t cooperating. Last 8 months have been a wild ride, but we’re 3 consecutive cycles in after 270+ day amenorrhea 🙌🏼. We’re now working through gut issues that have been causing a good amount of side effects and hoping this is it. That’s a post in itself…

We’re happy and motivated. This is a gift and we embrace it all, good, bad, what’s working, and what’s not. We learn and move forward. Once you surrender the guilt from the past, wondering the what ifs and whys, comparing yourself to others, and you just do what you can do today the anxiety diminishes. Things will happen when they need to happen, there is no timeline.

I feel like in bodybuilding we easily forget that. We push for outcomes, put ourselves on deadlines, and force what shouldn’t be. Get worried about how we look and if we’ll be ready in time. Whether it be time for a show, vacation, work, growth, etc. we’re always on a timeline of some sort. When really, we have no control in this life and it’s not ours to decide. So why worry? Do what needs to be done day by day, and if it’s meant to be - it will happen.

Let’s go hang out with the top in the sport, and 🌎 , and learn some stuff. 😏

Check ins from Sobe.

Off Season-ing. And the rare occasion we go on a dinner date. The most amazing experience and food at @aviv.southbeach. The drinks were non alcoholic and worth alllll the sugar 😅. Dates + Goat Cheese + Zest… Heavenly. All of it was just so good 👌🏼

Couple more days of this then back to work and Olympia festivities begin. 🔥 Life is good.

Day trip to Amarillo to visit our Kitty-rents.

Queen Elsa is a Silver Mink Bengal and is one of the most beautiful and sweetest cats I’ve ever met. Shes 3 weeks pregnant, which puts at roughy early November for Rehoming.

Morpheus is Black Spotted & Rosette Bengal and lives up to his name. He is definitely a Stud Muffin. He loves being outside in the TX heat.

We chose the Bengal cause we wanted a breed that fits our lifestyle and is extremely intelligent. Between routine, training, and travel friendly this is a perfect fit. We look forward to beach trips, plane rides, cat house transitioning, and of course Kitty Meal Prep!!

Outside of that, there’s not much in Amarillo. So rice cakes and Lorcana is what you get. Back just in time for 4:30 Yogi and 💤

My algorithm is full of Faith and Kitties and I’m in Love with this Season of our life. 😻
