We had such a great morning at our Strength Seminar with Coach Austin! Our members got to slow things down, dial in technique, ask questions, and learn more about the why behind the way we train.

From the foundations of powerlifting to squat, bench, deadlift, intensity, recovery, nutrition and more- there was a LOT of good information packed into today!

We love seeing our members show up not just to work hard, but to learn how to train smarter, move better, and get stronger for the long haul.

Huge thank you to Coach Austin for sharing his knowledge and to everyone who came out ready to learn and put it into practice!

🇺🇸FREEDOM 250 COMPLETE! 🇺🇸

Today we teamed up with the Portland Chamber of Commerce to celebrate America’s 250th birthday the best way we know how… with a workout, some friendly competition, and a whole lot of FREEDOM! 🇺🇸

Our Freedom 250 Challenge featured 10 stations with 25 reps/calories at each station = 250 total reps in honor of 250 years of America! We had 19 people take on the challenge competitively and another 11 take it on modified/for fun and they absolutely CRUSHED it! 👏

65 people. One workout. One purpose. 🇺🇸

This year was our biggest Murph yet.

65 members, friends, families, athletes, beginners, veterans, and everyday people showed up willing to suffer together - not because it was easy… but because freedom never has been.

Murph is more than a workout.
It’s a reminder.
A tribute.
A chance to honor the brave men and women who gave everything so we could live freely today.

At Freedom Fitness, remembering that sacrifice is part of who we are.
It’s in our name. It’s in our DNA.

And while none of us can truly understand the weight carried by those who served and sacrificed, we can choose to pause, remember, honor, and push ourselves in gratitude for the freedoms we so often take for granted.

Watching our gym family rally together today was powerful. Every mile run. Every pull-up. Every push-up. Every squat. Every modification. Every person encouraging someone else to keep moving.

That’s community.
That’s perspective.
That’s what makes this place SO special.

To everyone who showed up today: thank you.
For remembering.
For honoring.
For carrying the legacy forward.

Incredible trip to the Cayman Islands. The scenery was incredible and my travel peeps amazing! Such a fun trip with many memories made. Thankful for the opportunity to be there & grateful for friends/coworkers who we love to travel with 😘❤️😘
