We just wrapped up another successful MCF conference 2026, and it was everything we hoped for and more! Honored to be invited back for the second year in a row at the Bastille Day Celebration at the French Embassy. 🇫🇷🇺🇸

Sharing our desserts with diplomats, distinguished guests, and everyone celebrating this special occasion is always an incredible privilege. Seeing our dessert display admired and hearing so many wonderful compliments made the day even more rewarding.

One moment I’ll always remember was stepping into the Embassy kitchen to help finish the celebration cake. The kitchen was incredibly hot, and a fellow chef needed an extra set of hands. As chefs, that’s simply what we do, we support each other.

A huge thank you to my godfather @jpkruko73 for always trusting me and inviting me back and to @chefcourseille It’s always a pleasure to see you mon amie 🥰
