Are you interested in learning more about hoop dancing and flow arts?

FRIDAY NIGHT FLOW is this starting this week at @thegardensatbandb hosted by myself and @ohhh.its.a.vibe! I am so excited to be hosting my FIRST EVER hoop class/jam!!

$20 in advance or $30 at the door

This will be a casual introduction to flow arts workshop and flow jam/skill share!

ALL ages are welcome
ALL levels are welcome
ALL dance forms are welcome!

BYOP! Bring your own prop - a hoop, silk scarves, fans, poi, staff, jump rope, yo-yo, kendama.. or just bring YOU!

I am envisioning a big picnic vibe where everyone can bring a blanket or chair, snacks and a craft, and come dance and hang out for a few hours enjoying each others company, unplugging from the phone, and really tapping into our inner child.

Link is in our bio to register!

Hoop from @hoopologie! Highly recommended their shop! If you are a beginner there is no shame in using a hoop from Walmart, my first one was from the dollar store across the street from my college dorm building. Just make sure it is an even weight, no liquid or shakers inside, unless that's what you're into!

Looking for an LED? Highly recommend @moodhoops!

Peace be upon you, this is the tent in which 23 people live, including 14 children. The weather is starting to get cold in the evening. Can you imagine what will happen if it rains? We are approaching the fall season, and the weather will change soon. Can you contribute anything to protect my family! Please do not ignore this. Your small donation helps save my family. Please do not be stingy with us 🙏💔💔
