Our Pre-Intermediates & Intermediates had the incredible opportunity to take part in an acro workshop with the amazing @js_acrobatics over the holidays! ❤️🖤

With experience performing in Cirque du Soleil and an incredible background in acrobatics, our dancers learnt from one of the best! 🔥

From learning new tricks and pushing themselves out of their comfort zones to cheering each other on every step of the way, it was so special to see our dancers challenge themselves, support one another and celebrate each other’s achievements!

Thank you @js_acrobatics for sharing your knowledge and talent with our dancers! ✨

We had @js_acrobatics in studio for a full day of training development for our coaching team.

What a pivotal day for our team. We like to think we run a tight ship when it comes to acro however when you have the opportunity to learn off someone like Jordan you cannot pass it up.

Our team were upskilled in a range of practices from new drills, spotting, lesson planning, best warm up and preparation for specific skills + more.

We brought in some of our acro students and paired them up with coaches and received so much hands on coaching. Our coaching team also paired up with each other for spotting guidance on adult acro students.

We invest in the growth of our team because our families invest in us. We are always learning, always growing.

That slippery second before you jump, release, or balance.

The one where doubt whispers "What if you fall?"

That's when your real grip is tested. And I don't just mean your hands.

Doubt feels logical. Even protective. But here's the thing. Your body remembers every rep you've done. Every drop of sweat, every failed attempt, every comeback.

You've already built the strength. You just need to trust it.

Confidence isn't something that appears magically before an act. It's built during the grind. Through every repetition when no one's watching.

In this week's Circus Secret we talk about:
→ Why doubt feels protective but holds you back
→ How physical and mental grip are connected
→ Where unshakable confidence is actually built
→ A simple challenge to remind yourself who you are

Trust what you've already built.

Have you ever surprised yourself by doing something you thought was impossible? Tell us below 👇

Dear circus performers, we see you. 🎪

Not the climbers. Not the gym bros. You.
That's why AcroGrip was built differently:
✅ No chalk on your costumes
✅ Outlasts your training session
✅ Won't turn your hands mime-white
✅ Grip you can actually trust your life with
Made by circus performers, for circus performers.

Thanks to all of the amazing circus artists and shows that we get to work with!

AcroGrip isn't like every other liquid chalk. Here's why 👇

One application lasts 45+ minutes. No stopping. No reapplying. No excuses.

Dries nearly transparent so your hands stay clean and your costumes stay cleaner.

Built specifically for circus disciplines, not repurposed from a climbing gym.

Made by circus artists, for circus artists. We actually get it.

💬 What grip aid were you using before AcroGrip? 👇
