Had some fun in Taos for our dear buds’ wedding and I was too busy with friends, old and new, to document it. Best wedding ever.

When @ejalvare asked if I’d be interested in contributing some vox for the next @museumoflight record, I was still emerging from a fog of post-academic burnout, mystery chronic pain, vocal injury recovery, and creative inertia. I said yes, in part because I’ve been saying yes to unclear adventures w @ejalvare since I could walk, but also because I really love the band’s music. I had no idea what a rad experience it would be recording @oceansoundrecordings w @gse, how much it would change my creative trajectory, and how much I’d end up loving the record itself. I’m really proud to be a part of it. Thanks, dudes. Diviner by @museumoflight is out everywhere. Turn it up.🔺

What is time? Realized recently that I don’t remember moments as well when distracted by photographing them, so I’ve taken far fewer pics in the last several, big months. Many revelations uncovered, relationships deepened, and new sounds created as a performer and teacher this year. I’m feeling really grateful for all the opening doors and incredible folks who’ve been a part of it, despite the heaviness of the world. Thanks and love to you. 💗
