A buddy of mine saw a post about the Midlife Male Excellent Adventure Club and said, “Dude, this is great. Whenever we have vacations, I do everything. I schedule it, I plan it, I pay for it. It’d be awesome as a dad to just have a group of guys say, it’s all taken care of. Just get here.”⁣
⁣
That’s exactly what it is.⁣
⁣
It’s all taken care of. All you have to do is book a flight and a hotel. You don’t have to do all the stuff you normally do for vacations. You don’t even have to think about what your next adventure is, or who the guys are that are going to be there. Want to invite a friend? Bring them.⁣
⁣
We’re bringing happy, healthy and successful guys together for adventures and experiences that they look forward to on their calendars. Our members are Execs, founders, CEO’s, Professionals, writers, authors, speakers, retired athletes, doctors, attorneys, even a grammy nominated songwriter. ⁣
⁣
Guys who are relatable, credible and aspirational as husbands, fathers, providers and men and where the conversations about life, business, health, and family happen organically through amazing shared adventure experiences; combined with lux accomodations and great food.⁣
⁣
We don’t have to say what we’re not, but we know what we’re not. There’s no sitting in rooms for hours. There are no speeches or presentations, there’s no sitting in circles and there’s no white board. ⁣
⁣
We just do cool sh*t, with cool guys. ⁣
⁣
For years, I denied myself these types of experiences and opportunities while I built my companies. I’ve now realized that this is what makes life worth living. I’ve done things recently that I’ve never done before and didn’t think I was capable of, or had the time for, or that I was somehow not prioritizing the right things if I wasn’t staying put and grinding away.⁣
⁣
If you really are the sum of the five or 10 people you surround yourself with, imagine if you had a network of it 100 of those people. ⁣
⁣
That’s what the Midlife Male Adventure Club is. Men who really want to make a difference in their lives, and they actually do it. ⁣
⁣
Is this real? Yeah. It is.⁣

GEN X Exercising in water is AMAZING for both body & mind. If you could just get over your misguided perception that it is ALL TOO EASY, you might learn something. This could be EXACTLY what you are looking for,, and you might not even try it. I use Sunlite sports XL foam pool weights for everything, they cost $30. Get in the pool and I'll show you some great techniques/methods for an upper body free-weight platform that is designed UPSIDE DOWN.

Ok ol girl (ME) figured out how to post the whole damn enchilada. Enjoy. More coming. These will be living to stay on a YouTube channel and something called Tik tok, but that’s out of my area of expertise. You’re a magician and a saint @megan.waits

This weekend was our 2nd Midlife Male Excellent Adventure weekend.

These are not coaching events. They’re not masterminds. They’re not deep work, woo woo, or designed for anything more than fun, connection, challenge, conversation and a weekend to do cool shit with cool guys. Oh, and great food! I want more of that in my life. I think a lot of men want more of that in their lives too.

So, we’re going to do more of it. Simply because we had a great time. We ate well all weekend; starting with a welcome dinner at a great restaurant. Guys dropped into conversation naturally over steaks, seafood, salads and the like.

We trained all day Saturday beginning with breathwork, mobility sessions and followed by XPT Pool Training led by a professional coach @jsingertx . Delicious lunch outside, afternoon training session, contrast therapy, a short fireside chat to celebrate the release of my friend and doctor @groverhealth new book, followed by an epic live fire grilled dinner from Chef @ssgcooks and the most amazing roasted banana coconut & corn cake i’ve ever had.

I slept like a baby.

These are the days worth living. They’re full. They’re invigorating. They’re fun. These are the days that I’m proud to share with my sons.

On Sunday morning as I was driving to pick up the guys from their hotel and begin our final day of the weekend, I was dictating some notes into my voice recorder about what i was feeling and learning from the weekend that i wanted to share with the guys.

Now I get to share them with you as well. And I hope I get to see you at one of our events in the future. We’re just getting started.

ReIgnite Day 2 ...Started with a knowing that @pakhomerealty before we sell homes, we build people. 🟢

80+ of our agents didn’t start with contracts or commission talk...they started with working on themselves ❤️

Breathwork to bring forward focus, connection and mental clarity... 🧘‍♀️ @jsingertx
Yoga and mobility to move stagnant energy in the body... 🙆 @nickzogg
Cold plunge to face fear and doubt head-on... 🥶
Sauna to release what no longer serves the mind or the body... 🧖‍♂️
And a jump in the pool to remember the importantce of Joy and Fun 😃

Why start the Day this way at a Real Estate Confrence 🧐

Because the energy that YOU bring to your client’s most important decision matters 💯

It is the difference between magnetizing transactions 🧲... And hallucinating your way out of the Industry 😬

If you’re a Real Estate Broker, Team Leader or Real Estate professional that believes how you show up is just as important as what you know and are ready to make the second half of 2026 your best Season yet...You belong here. 💯

This isn’t just a brokerage its the blueprint to Building the Business of your Dreams 💥

📩 DM us or visit pakhomerealty.com to learn more.

Special thank you to @jsingertx and the @theshadowsanctuary for hosting such a special place and feeling of hospitality 🙏🏻

How do you maximize midlife? Not just survive it. Not just manage it. But truly live it.⁣
⁣
You do cool sh*t with cool guys. Things that challenge you, push you just outside your comfort zone, and remind you what you’re actually made of. ⁣
⁣
That’s exactly what our next Midlife Male Excellent Adventure is all about.⁣
⁣
Here’s why this one is special. There are only two XPT performance pools in the entire United States. One is at Laird Hamilton’s house. The other is here in Houston at Shadow Sanctuary and that’s where we’re going to be.⁣
⁣
We’re talking an incredible weekend of XPT pool workouts, food prepared by a private chef, saunas, cold plunges, yoga, and most importantly, real connection and camaraderie with like-minded men who take this stuff seriously, but not too seriously.⁣
⁣
This is the whole point.⁣
⁣
Not whether you’re the greatest swimmer (you just need to be comfortable in the water…We’re not here to do countless laps and race). Not whether you’ve done something like this before (not like this you haven’t) and not whether there’s any litany of reasons you can concoct not to come (there will always be…), ⁣
⁣
But because when we commit, and put things on our calendar, we not only fill the spaces on our wall, but in our hearts and spirits. We give ourselves something to look forward to because we need that in our lives to feel full. We take on experiences that challenge us because that’s how we grow. And we have a hell of a lot of fun because that’s what we work so hard for.⁣
⁣
This is how you build healthy habits that stick. This is how you set standards for your life. This is how you lead by example, for yourself and your family. ⁣
⁣
Now imagine what your life would be like if you started stacking these types of experiences up. Started saying yes. One big thing for yourself at a time. ⁣
⁣
When I ask myself how I want to be living in my 40s, 50s, and beyond, this is the answer. Don’t talk about it, be about it. ⁣
⁣
These events are small and normally reserved for our inner circle, but I’m opening up 10 spots here, so If this speaks to you, don’t wait. ⁣
