Making a change in my training and officially going to commit to 2 boxing sessions a week in 2 weeks time.

I’ve been focusing on building my strength again over the last few months and packing on some muscle.
Just like anything else you need to put in extra hrs and time into the craft if you want to get better. You can’t expect to make improvements with minimal effort and work.

Didn’t get to post these yet.

Wanted to say a big thank you from the bottom of my heart to everyone who came out and supported me for my last fight. The crowd was huge for me and believe me I could hear you all.

Thank you so much to all my family, friends, sponsors, gym I coach at. Who all came out to show their support. It didn’t go unnoticed nor did the noise in atmosphere😍. Representing TEAM WILDFIRE 🔥. @wanderer_promotions

Also didn’t get to post everyone this is just some of who was there. However you all know who you are, I really appreciate it 🫶🏼.

Stay tuned for the next one …

I've known Justin for years, and it's been awesome seeing his growth as a personal trainer and coach.

It's always great to see his passion and knowledge for the industry continue to grow, especially in an industry that's given him so much.

From 24 Muay Thai fights to now being a personal trainer and coach, there's a whole story and journey that people don't see.

The dedication, the business, the finances and the growth - all built from the work he's been putting in since he was 14 years old.

Can't wait to see what you bring and achieve over the next couple of years! 🙌

Full house. Boxing, Kickboxing, Muay Thai — everyone in the room, everyone putting in the work. 🥊

Big shoutout to Coach Justin Shin for leading the Kickboxing from Day 1, and to Coach Rodlek and Padjai for joining the team to bring Muay Thai to Team L.A.U. This is what a packed Wednesday looks like.
