Bikram 26&2 . Viparīta Śalabhāsana One of the 26 postures in the series. . “We must be still, and wait” is what my yoga teacher says, and his yoga teacher says. And what I tell myself when im in humble moment like this. But not always is it this easy, not long ago I could barely lift my legs. Not long ago I didnt like this asana. But I wanted to test my limits. Now i seek to go further, to get better, to be more still and notice. Not for anyone else, other than myself. In my body, I am me. And no one can take what ive accomplished away from me. . Class with some of my favorite people to practice with, surround yourself with people that help you grow. Bikram led by @8yogajake8 who I am so fortunate to learn from. @maryjarvisyoga with her inspiration. @bikramyoga . . . . #bikram #26and2yoga #26and2 #hotyoga #viparitasalabhasana #movementismedicine #spinehealth #bikramhotyoga #bikramyoga
