A favourite moment from one of my favourite sessions I’ve had the honour of leading 🌸

Last summer I served as a mentor on @thesacredfig’s 200hr teacher training at @cocoonportugal. It was so beautiful to assist my teachers and connect with + support trainees as they moved through this transformative container.

My birthday was the most wonderful, joyous time! I’m so thankful to my dear friends (and my little brother - frame 1), most of whom travelled from all corners of the world to the southern most tip of the African continent, just to celebrate with me. I can’t believe you insane people did that! I cried so many happy and proper-ugly tears during the 4 days, at the beautiful things that were said and that were done; which crying was a surprisingly terrific feeling. Thank you to all of you that came, that helped with everything, that made heartfelt speeches, danced, laughed and looked fabulous… sincerely: I hope to never forget it.

@johnomellish took the profesh photos, @pickleandpinch_cpt served the delicious food at the pool party, my dress is @uniformza and @tintswalo_atlantic will always have a special place in my heart ❤️

This May I took a leap & had the great joy of spending a month at @cocoonportugal as a mentor on @thesacredfig’s 200hr TT 🌊🤸🏽‍♀️💫 got to learn from and assist my beloved teachers @antonbrandt @gracedubery @tonylupinacci @katkyates and co-created tons of magic with @anandahannah & @georgiapatterson1 🌸still dazzled by the lessons, adventures, dance parties, wild beaches, acts of courage & vulnerability, big-belly laughter, all the ups and downs — and, our beautiful group of trainees who grew & transformed before our very eyes.

So grateful for this community and every single thing I’ve learned 🌀🌹
