How do you bind a story of transformation into pages?

Volume two 📖 Following last year's Progression, it was a joy to return to design @juliapoet2.0's newest collection. Throughout this process, thoughtful communication and aligning with the same vision were what made it a success.

Giving physical weight to such a deeply personal evolution is a beautiful process, and I am already looking forward to the final piece of this trilogy.

Thanks to my fabulous Leo friend @juliapoet2.0 for coming to my cozy studio and working through the Leo routine on the reformer with me…even while she’s still rebuilding her arm strength after an ice skating slip that left her in a cast all summer. 🙏💗 We built a fun class around the Leo signature moves—“Hunting” Cat, the Star and Can-Can—and we had a blast (as always) doing it. Excited for the re-launch of Cosmic Pilates! #astrology #pilates #astropilates #leo 🦁🐈‍⬛

@juliapoet2.0’s book “Progression” is a tale that is meant to show numerous stages of life and the obstacles the narrator had to endure over the years. It is an introspective look into addiction, finding your sense of self, and overcoming troubles—finding confidence in growth. Progression details the small spaces of doubts, feelings of being “cast aside”, unloved, and betrayed. This book carries the soul of the author, not gently, but loudly. Personally, I related most to the addiction section at the beginning, even though I have never used. I felt that section was truly so raw and captivating, the way the author used her words really made me feel something.

Give it a read!!!

If you’ve ever bought sober apparel and thought… “this ain’t it”

You’re not crazy.

Most of it feels like an afterthought.
No quality. No edge. No identity behind it.

We built Sober Strong for people who take their recovery seriously.

Welcome home.
