Tech Week reminded us why we’re building Duets. In SF and LA, builders, backers and operators across sports, entertainment and culture came together, swapped stories and kept the conversations going. From our founders @cristina___pimentel and @caitlinjovanna: thank you to everyone who joined us, and to our panelists for two incredible conversations. SF: @brianna_salvatore_dueck, @probablyashanti, Sahar Arshad, @amobisays, @brandon.rutley LA: @juliavictor, @troybrown.jr, Ben Grubbs, @trevor9davis, @aliciathekey More rooms like this soon.

Still thinking about everything we heard, learned and felt at the ESPNW Summit. Women’s sports is moving fast, but the biggest takeaway wasn’t just the momentum. It was the power of being in the room. Of being seen. Owning your wins. Telling your story. Using new tools to amplify it. And opening doors for the women coming alongside you. We’re building Reine because we believe every athlete has a story worth telling, a brand worth building and more power when we build together. 5 reminders we’re taking with us. Save them for when you need them. 👑

Very full circle moment getting to co-host an evening of conversation with athletes & founders in the home I designed for @juliavictor last year. Life is crazy 🤍

LA Tech Week x Olympic Athlete First let me s/o @reine_collective for inviting me to this intimate gathering. I’m working with this amazing app that i can’t wait to share more about. I was only able to go to two events but my main takeaway from all the discussions around VC, startups, IPO , capital is that it’s truly a mindset shift of innovation and seeing a problem and creating a solution to it yes in this world being tech savvy is important but… Can you QUIT FAST? Will you get over your fear of asking? Can you be comfortable being seen? Is this efficient ? Kinda like sports right ? 😏 two worlds collide! #latechweek

A living room full of athletes, founders, creators, operators and friends is our kind of evening. No program. No pitches. Just good food, good people and good conversation. We loved hosting this evening with @joinottodotcom and @thevibefounder to bring together people building across sport, tech and culture. We talked a lot about the idea of abundance and how much change we can drive together if we embrace the abundance of opportunity, information, and community. In the words of @_brittanyshamere let’s be superhuman and see where it gets us. More of these coming soon! 📷: @cmarlo1

The momentum behind women’s sports is undeniable. More investment. More visibility. Bigger audiences. Bigger opportunities. But what excites us most is what happens when women athletes have the tools to own the story being told about them and the confidence to tell it themselves. Because every athlete has a story worth knowing. A point of view worth hearing. A brand worth building. We left the ESPNW Summit more energized than ever about what’s ahead and incredibly grateful to be building alongside the women shaping it. This is just the beginning. 👑

We believe building your brand doesn’t have to mean taking on another full time job. This was #builtbyreine in less time than it took me to come up with my training plan for today or write our team weekly agenda. @Reine #athletemindset #femalefounders #womenssports #founderlife

One of the biggest lessons I have learned is this: The right room can change everything. Sometimes it’s an introduction. Sometimes it’s advice. Sometimes it’s simply realizing you’re not the only one figuring it out as you go. Last night was a reminder to be intentional about building those rooms for ourselves and for each other. More of this, please. 🙏🏻
