What is our BOLD Series REALLY about?
This pictures says it all! When a 14 year old Dutch girl can build the courage to execute a perfect palm-heel strike against an 'aggressor' twice her size, you know you're on to something.
In 2016 we held our very first class in Alcabideche, Portugal where we taught 22 students from 8 different nations. Now, having taught thousands of students across the globe, we've kept our focus on situational awareness, violence prevention and self-confidence.
Almost any self-defense or MMA school can show you effective techniques, but your mindset is your most important skill set. Come see for yourself!

As we’re planning for the next few months, I’d love to hear from those of you on the island about which Well Women events you’re most interested in. We’ve hosted workshops, dinners, day retreats, a collective community event, and casual meet-ups. Each of these differ in cost and scheduling, with varying themes/topics (and always something tasty to eat, of course). Thoughts?

Started the morning off with Rock climbing 🧗‍♀️ on our favorite spot. Being thankful for this beautiful place we live in and taking moments to challenge yourself should never be taken for granted. Besides slamming into the wall and scraping my leg it was fun.... Trust is in the eye of the belayer 😝The view is always stunning and worth the hike up!
