@nyshortfilmfest is screening “please call dad” on Friday, October 30th at 9pm at the @cinemavillage (22 E 12th St, New York, NY). Get your tickets for BLOCK 3 at the link in bio☎️

If you have big Halloween plans and can’t attend the screening, consider making a $15 donation to our @seedandspark campaign for “Up High, Down Low”, which equals a ticket purchase💚

I’m very proud of @merriman713 who gets her directorial debut and theatrical debut as a producer only 13 days apart🫂

been wondering these past few months what it is that God wants to do in my life. asking for guidance. struggling to understand what the purpose of this season of my life is.

then, one sleepless, melancholic night, i came across @juls_paints, and as i started browsing her website, i saw this print. it felt like God was speaking directly to me.

“what if my purpose is to love God?” sounds simple, doesn’t it?

but how is it that we get so easily distracted by trials and tribulations that we start looking for answers elsewhere, when He is always there, never changing?

i don’t have all the answers, but i do know the most important one: my purpose is, and will always be, to love God.

and whenever i need a reminder, i have this @juls_paints print to look at every day. ❤️‍🩹

I love the distinct styles of all these brands, from the earthy tones and natural materials in @johnlewis to the whimsy + ethereal matchboxes from @jolaingstudio to the NYC rat from @juls_paints that could be my emotional support DIVA !! 🐭🍎🚕🗽

Let me know of any other ‘J’ home decor brands that I should know about 🙂‍↕️🫶🏼
