Missing Vietnamese food a lil bit 🥹

We found this Vietnamese restaurant after coming home from Vietnam. 🇻🇳

But since I recently tasted real Vietnamese food, especially the pho, I wasn't impressed with theirs. But if you do have real cravings for Vietnamese food, their food will help quench them.

One main difference is that I didn't taste any wansoy/cilantro in their food. Although, it's hard to find a constant source for wansoy here in Tagaytay.

My family really loved their Banh Mi and Shrimp Rolls (especially the sauce)! And they had a lot of customers when we had dinner which always means a good thing for a restaurant. 😁

📍 Ông Dào Vietnamese Restaurant
Address: 155 Mahogany Ave., Tagaytay city, Cavite

It was International Day of Persons with Disabilities the other day (Dec 3) and as someone living with lupus, I’ve learned that my body tells a story—through scars, rashes, and even struggles others can’t see.

This International Day of PWD, let’s lead with compassion and understanding.

Together, we can create a world where every body is valued, respected, and included.

💬 What’s one way we can all help break barriers for people with disabilities? Share your thoughts below.

Let your body speak in the language of freedom,
no rules, no judgment—just breath, and motion.
Feel the earth beneath your feet, the air on your skin,
each step a quiet revolution,
each stretch a soft rebellion.

You are not bound by lines or limits,
but by the rhythm that pulses deep within.
Move as the wind moves, wild and untamed,
as the ocean sways—gentle, fierce, and whole.

In every twist, every turn,
you are learning to trust again,
to love the skin you’re in,
to embrace the body that has always embraced you.
~
Thank you for attending our movement for self-acceptance workshop at @balay.kobo @onewavewellness @ayacabauatan

Grateful also to my partners @hi.smithy x @flowerloversph for the special touches 🌸

It was such an honor to be surrounded by these beautiful women and to see the whole journey from thinking “what the heck am I doing” to “whatever, I’ll just have fun with this”. We’re so used to being told what to do with our bodies, that when we are asked to move freely, we freeze, overthink, or become conscious about what other people will think.

So thank you for being brave and expressing yourself.

Til’ our next exploration 👋
