Yesterday was my 500th Day but I wanted to take a moment to create a gratitude montage to the JRC for encouraging me daily for so long! You all are amazing and you’ve given me so much MORE!!

For me, this lifestyle shift isn’t about LOSING weight or anything else…it’s about GAINING all this and more! Health, wellness, community, strength. You all help make all this happen!

Super grateful for @petapocketrocket and the @jumpforjoy100 community! Even though I technically started jumping rope almost 2 years ago and was already using the @fancyfeats.app to learn, the 100 Day Challenge last year (which I started late) gave me all the motivation I needed to get healthier and truly make personal time and wellness a DAILY priority! 😘

Thank you, JRC! I’m so much better in so many ways because of you! 💕🫶

While Jump for Joy 2026 I unlocked another - for me - important skill:
🐍 the MAMBA 🐍
Oh yeah, I am walking around with my head up high, superproud like a hero 🦸🏼‍♀️💪🏼

The finale was topped with the Meet-Up in Cologne! I had so much fun! Can not express how much fun I had ❤️

I‘m curious about Jump for Joy 2027!!!
Will you be part of it too (again) ? 😁

After finishing Day 100 with the @jumpforjoy100 Challenge, I feel like I’ve leveled up but I’m nervous it’s giving me a big head! What do you think? 🤪😂😋

Just kidding! Bobblehead Challenge inspired by @leaps_and_bounds62 & @kailey.jumps ! 🫶☺️

This combo has some fun moves I saw recently from the amazing @britt.jumps and the always inspirational @kathyjumps ! ✨💕🫶

Day 100 of Jump for joy! Hyde park meet up 2026! Usually I record the combo and routines learned but I thought let me do a more candid show of the magic of the jump for joy and the jump rope community 🤩

Day 100/100 complete!! @jumpforjoy100 challenge

Today’s combo starts out with the Jump For Joy 100 day celebration combo. Then it goes right into the Chicago Meet Up group combo and followed by some freestyle. Enjoy!💕

Wow! What a challenge it’s been but glad I stuck it out to the end. There were definitely days during the last month that I just didn’t want to get my rope out, but glad when I did. 💪😁

My main goal for the entire challenge was not to get injured and I successfully did that by keeping my jump sessions really short everyday. But, during today’s session (which was longer than usual) I said to myself, let’s just do one more take and then I’ll be done (like a few times in a row...) and the last time was when I pushed it a little too far for my lower back, ooopppps! 😬Oh, well...

During this challenge I learned a few new tricks, got to be better friends with the mic release, jumped in person with some really awesome jumpers at the Chicago Meet Up and proved to myself that doing anything just a little bit a day can really make a difference. This challenge has inspired me to try to accomplish other life goals.✨

Will I continue jumping everyday? No. I want to have longer jump sessions when I do jump. So, I will go back to jumping a few times a week with other types of exercise on the off days.

Thank you all for coming along on this journey with me, encouraging me and inspiring me to keep going!! Thanks to all my jumper friends, you guys inspire me so much and are seriously the best!

✨ Jump for Joy 100 Norway Edition! ✨

DAY 100/100 🎉

We had such a blast on Strømsø Torg in Drammen today! Many people asking about what we did and even the local newspaper wrote an article about this and the joy of jump rope - yey! 🤩🙌🥰 @drammenstidende

Thank you so much @jumpforjoy100 and especially @petapocketrocket for doing all of this - and engaging jump ropers around the world ❤️🤗😍

Out of at least 20 takes, this was our best one. Not perfect - not by far! Hahaha. But the JOY was definitely there 😂😂😂😁
