One more opportunity to turn your world upside down before the year comes to an end. 🙃

I’ll be offering my final Handstand 101 workshop of 2026 at @junction_9 , and we won’t be doing another one until the new year.

There’s something incredibly rewarding about learning to balance on your hands. It requires patience, focus, strength, and a willingness to step outside your comfort zone. And somewhere along the way, you discover that the process of learning can be just as enjoyable as the accomplishment itself.

During this workshop, we’ll break things down from the ground up, building a strong foundation, developing strength and technique, exploring different ways to enter a handstand, and learning how to fall safely.

Whether you’re just beginning your handstand journey or already spending time upside down and looking to refine your balance, there’s something here for everyone.

Come with an open mind, a little curiosity, and a willingness to challenge yourself while having some fun along the way.

Your Revival Awaits

This November, @junction_9 teacher and @theraremethod founder @randellelusk is taking the practice beyond the studio and into the lush jungle of Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.

THE REVIVAL is a seven-night immersive retreat, November 21–28, designed to awaken your sense of aliveness and create space for new energy, perspective, and possibility.

Throughout the week, Randelle will guide you through the signature elements of Rare Method—somatic movement, breathwork, and a self-inquiry workshop—balanced with plenty of intentional rest and space to swim, explore, connect, linger in the moment, or simply be.

If you’ve experienced Rare Method at Junction 9, this is an opportunity to take the practice deeper. And if you haven’t, consider this your invitation.

Junction 9 community members receive $100 off new bookings with code J9100MX
