Who wants to join us on the next certification retreat? We didn’t think we’d fall in love so fast… but here we are, head over heels for @elevatereformeracademy Master Instructor @junctionbyem and I met on the very first day on the retreat when I asked what her dance background was. We instantly connected when she said she was actually a hockey and rugby player, just like myself. Her strength, flexibility and ability to lead a class was admirable and made me think I want to be just like her when I grow up. 😉 It’s something we thrive for @thestudiocollection.paris that no matter your background or experience, you are always welcome and have a spot at our studio to grow and become the best version of your self surrounded by such a beautiful and educated support system. My flexibility and strength in just one week was noticeable and you can see in the video where Em knows I can reach further and pushes me to be my best. Thats exactly why @elevatereformeracademy is that amazing with these inspiring women who supported us and were pure magic everyday. The energy, the laughter, the strength & most importantly the sisterhood is something that we all will remember always from this retreat. Who’s ready to join? Reach out to me if you’d be interested in joining us on our next instructor retreat this fall. Limited spaces are available and are filling up quickly. PM me for details. I might even have a discount code for you. 😉 #FallInLove #MatPilates #WomenEmpowerment #Sisterhood StrongWomen

When @junctionbyem & @alexis.pilatess make a class plan — you just have to try it 🤭 Not gonna lie this was so spicy, especially the arms…I was absolutely shaking. I loved using the ball in creative ways throughout the set, and I added on a few of my own layers — it was graceful and controlled and incredibly challenging. 10/10 🌶️🔥🦋 I will def be incorporating some of these moves into my classes this week 👀😊 Come move with me @summersoul.wellness.studio Tuesdays 9:30 am Reformer X Fitness 11 am Reformer X Roots Thursdays 5pm Reformer X Roots Saturdays 9:15 am Reformer X Roots
